I’ve taken both my cars here for servicing, pink slips, and repairs, and every visit has been outstanding. The owner is straightforward, honest, and great to deal with. They clearly explain what’s wrong, show you the issue, and go through your options without any pressure. That level of transparency and consistency is rare. I trust them completely and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

I actually found this mechanic by accident. This has to be the best accident I ever had. He has turned out to be not only a great mechanic but a good friend. I can just turn up ask him to look at something for me and he does. So if you’re looking for a mechanic who does a great job who’s not expensive doesn’t rip you off give this guy a call truly you’ll be doing yourself a very big favour.

I've been using this mechanic since the COVID period, and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. I've recommended him to several friends, and every one of them has been extremely happy with his service. I had my car serviced again yesterday, and once again he exceeded my expectations. He is one of the most honest and reliable mechanics I've ever met. He always explains things clearly, gives practical and cost-effective advice, and never suggests unnecessary repairs. He genuinely cares about his customers, takes full ownership of every job, and stands behind his work. Finding someone this trustworthy is rare these days. I highly recommend him with complete confidence. You won't be disappointed.

I had an excellent experience with this service centre. The team was extremely professional and technically skilled in diagnosing and resolving an issue with the power steering by on my BMW X1. They took the time to properly investigate the problem and went above and beyond to fix it in the most effective and cost-efficient way. Their technical knowledge and attention to detail really stood out. This was actually my first time taking my car to a service centre outside of the BMW dealership, and I’m very happy with that decision. The service, transparency, and professionalism were outstanding. A big thank you to the team for the wonderful service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable car specialists.

I have taken my Volkswagen Golf R MY16 to these business towards the end of last year. What they have done to my car was beyond horrible and will never ever take a car let alone a Euro here. About 2 months in after the major service, the car started blowing smoke and stalled with gearbox warning. As the car was still under warranty, I arranged for it to be towed to to the dealer. Several issues as outlined below was found by the dealer all caused by this business: 1. The new DSG oil filter was installed incorrectly — it was positioned upside down. They tried to claim as you will see in the attached email that there is no way that you can install the filter upside down as there is only one port- usually that's true but it is still possible but you have to be a special level of negligent operator to be able to do this error. 2. The DSG housing was overtightened. These issues have caused the DSG housing to crack and fail completely. As a result, all transmission oil leaked out, leading to smoke from the vehicle. This damage was the result of the unprofessional DSG service carried out by this business. I have had to spend more than $1,000 to fix this problem created by the negligence of this business. They have also claimed that because it didn't happen immediately, it's not their fault. I promptly asked the dealer to have it fixed and formally let this business know by email. They rejected any wrongdoing and instead offered to fix the issue for $468 (yes that's right they wanted to charge even more now and as a gesture of goodwill only wanted to clean up for free) but by this point, how can I trust business who have no idea what they are doing so I asked for compensation and was refused. We called the business and tried to make them understand but no luck. At this point, my car was completely undriveable and was in Strathfield at the dealer. As also part of the major service, engine oil service was carried with Gulf Western oil (which I found out later and my current specialist mechanic told me how bad it is). The car after about 5000 kilometres and less than 6 months was absolutely empty and needed engine oil. (Engine oil service is at 15,000 kilometres or 12 months whichever comes first). They said they will finish the works in my car but finished it almost a day and half later- compete disregard of time. There were many other issues as well but this gearbox issue was the most horrific. The business might try to reply to this comment trying to reject their fault again like they have done before but please don't let your car be damaged by their unprofessional work.

This is the most helpful & honest mechanic I've found in all my years in Sydney. They have great attention to detail as well ensuring they'll pick up any issues missed by (or caused by) other mechanics. Having a good knowledge of vehicles myself, it's good to see this level of thoroughness. They explain everything they find & the options you have. Even recommend this place to friends which is rare to have that level of confidence in someone else's work. This is now my permanent mechanic. Had brakes replaced here & had no noises or other issues, just silence & stopping power. No issues from servicing either. Even their rego checks are in detail so you can be sure your vehicle is safe to be in the road. If you care about your vehicle take it here.

2 weeks after getting my injectors and seals replaced, they need to be done again because Rods stuffed up. This cost a $1000 and no car for 3 days. I would never trust them to do the simplest job. I hope that people read this and go elsewhere. update, the owner tried to deny he worked on our car, and threatened us to try to get the accurate review removed.

Absolutely outstanding service! The team here is honest, professional, and extremely skilled.
