Absolutely lovely, reliable, and very efficient… not seen any mice since! Really quick turnaround, came to our house in the same day as getting in contact. Also checked in after to make sure the problem had been sorted. I would absolutely go to them again if we have another pest issue!

They came out within a few hours of my call and carried out a really thorough inspection of the house. The technician was friendly, professional and clearly very experienced — he listened carefully, explained everything in plain language and gave solid, practical advice on what to do next. Graham father and son from Rodent X were brilliant with resolving the rat issue I had. A few weeks of laying down the treatment and they were gone. They also kept checking in with me throughout. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Really great experience. Having never dealt with rats before, we struggled for 2 months trying to get rid of a rat that was travelling through the walls and floorboards of the house, it made its way into cupboards eating food and even chewed through a water pipe causing a leak.. After trying to deal with it ourselves to no avail i contacted Rodent X who came out the same day to treat the problem. They treated all areas the rat had access to and also found where the rat had dug an entry hole from outside the house. The rat has since been exterminated and we’ve not had to have any further call outs. Many thanks to Graham from Rodent X for the swift and fantastic service.
