Though this RV repair shop did a great oil change service to my vehicle, I was quite disappointed with the fact that my scheduled appointment time was delayed an hour before they starting working on it due to workers being late. A descent size business like this should be punctual at all times, customers shouldn’t have to wait for servicing their vehicles as we have other things to do as well. Maybe I caught these guys on a bad day, but punctuality is important if you want customers to return. Otherwise, this a very good RV repair facility, the customer service is fantastic, the location is centralized, and I do recommend others to come here if needing your RV serviced.

UPDATE Jan '26 - We completed 12 week trip over 5,100 miles to Banff, then Vancouver down to WA, OR, UT, NV, southern CA to AZ. Trailer Wheels/Brakes/Tires performed flawless no issues - confirming 5 star rating for services. --------------------------------------------------------------- Rocky Mountain RV did a great job in wheel bearing repack and checking brakes for us. They also coordinated new tire install at reasonable prices - via a tire specialty shop. I Drove to shop to check it out and scheduled date. They did provide timely communication on status of brakes and bearings and notified us as soon as work complete. We do not have location, skills or equipment for this - so they will now be our go to shop for all repairs and service when needed. Donnie and his team have been super supportive and helpful as we navigated the process after being rear ended in our built out camper van. He was very open and transparent about the damages and helped the insurance team understand the value of my vehicle to ensure I was fairly paid out. As we were cleaning out the van, Donnie even offered to help look around for replacement vans/RVs and gave us insight on where to look. We will return here in the future for all of our RV/Van repair needs!

Can’t recommend these guys enough! Went to unload my truck camper after a long Labor Day weekend and one of my jacks completely failed and ripped off the side of my camper leaving me in a bad predicament. Showed up unannounced to the shop and was quickly greeted outside, they saw what was wrong and immediately started drawing up a plan and had me fixed and repaired In about 20 minutes. They even took the time to check the other jacks and do some preventive measures to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Charged me little to nothing and sent me on my way. Go support this business!

Great Customer Service! 2 cables on our 44ft 5th wheel broke when packing up and leaving Moab and I was only staying in Colorado for 4 nights. I called and they had cables in stock and said they could fit us in. The job turned out to be much bigger than just the cables and Rocky Mountain Repair went above and beyond to get us repaired and back on the road. Highly recommend Thank you

Ben was the absolute best! Our RV had an issue with the water heater and he fixed it on the spot. Great customer service. Very recommended.

Donny and Ben are great! They’ve helped service my 5th wheel on two separate occasions and have fixed my issues. I had a leak on my slide out and after a different service facility failed to fix it 3 times, Donny and Ben fixed it on my first visit. It was from the awning arm having an open hole on the inside. Crazy. Will be bringing my RV back to them for any service work!

Donny and his staff treat you like family. He is honest, hard working, and aims to help!! I stumbled upon his shop when I had a leak in my RV. I was camping at Chatfield State Park, and I took a picture of the faulty connector. I brought it in and Donny hooked me up with everything I needed to make the repair. He also helped me with my AC unit on a 90° day. While I was there at his shop, he treated every customer with the same kindness and fairness as he did with me. I HIGHLY recommend using his shop because of their experience and expertise! But, above all, because he is there to help EVERYONE 😉

I had several items that needed repairs. Over the winter I was caught by a surprise freeze., that caused water leaks in multiple locations Also needed electrical repairs to passenger seat, new chassis batteries and a couple other smaller jobs. The work had to be completed in a short period of time in order to accommodate our schedule. All of the work was completed on time and in a professional manner. Donnie kept us informed of the progress, coordinated the ordering of parts and kept us up to date on the progress. The price they charged was more than fair. This was the second time I had used their services. In both cases the work was completed on time and I highly recommend them.
