Dr Sees does a very thorough job with every eye exam. I feel like he listens to my concerns and is willing to do whatever it takes to get my prescription in my contacts perfect (I’m trying two different types of contacts). They have new technology to catch eye disease early which I find important as well. Our whole family loves this office!

Dr. Ted is the best. It's been nearly ten years since I've been to see him and I fully expected him to encourage me to spend money on glasses but instead he encouraged me to continue to trust my eyes and "fight" the aging process. Most docs would have pushed me into spending more money and it's nice to have a solid guy like Ted to be honest with me and help me save money that doesn't need to be spent. I highly recommend Rockford Family Eye Care. 10/10

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Talked me thru tests and were very patient and accommodating. Really appreciate the lady who assisted with picking out frames. She was amazing and gave great feedback. Made the fist time eye glass wearer very comfortable!

They make sure your care and recommendations fit your lifestyle, not just a prescription. The tech staff is also fantastic when it comes to picking out new glasses. They make the process easy, offer helpful advice, and walk you through insurance and cost options so there are no surprises.

I am new to the area so I needed to find eye care based on reviews from others. I had the BEST eye exam and explanation of the findings that I have ever received! Dr. C. Sees was extremely pleasant and thorough. She explained everything to me, she listened to my concerns and I never felt rushed. All the staff were extremely kind and friendly. I am just thrilled that I followed the reviews of others and decided to start my new eye care here!

They were very professional and courteous. One eyeglasses place said I needed glasses but I got a second opinion from Rockford Family Eyecare who actually said my vision was fine (which I suspected). They saved me a bunch of money and it's obvious they are not just out for your money. Five stars.

I had a phenomenal eye exam today! They provided so many detailed procedures with specialized scanners and equipment to test my eyes, corneas, retinas, and vision. I was treated with such professionalism and patience. This place is top notch! You will be delighted by their superb customer service and support!

I went for the first time and Dr. Emily was outstanding finding things my previous eye doctors never mentioned. Also, Sophia was great for lens selection and payment part. Very nice experience. Definitely recommend them.

From start to finish my visit was easy and informative. They do a thorough exam and explain it all as you go. Ive been having dry eyes and the doctor (Carrie Sees) was able to guide me through taking care of that. Very confident her suggestions are going to work. Very happy with my visit today
