My Lexus broke down in the Meridian street Target parking lot in Puyallup without any prior issues. The car wouldn’t start, and since the lot would tow vehicles left overnight, I was on a timer. I chose this towing service (owner-operated, as I learned while we were on the way to the shop) because of the good reviews, and it didn’t disappoint. He clearly knows what he’s doing, and the price was reasonable. On the way to the shop we discussed possible causes, and I mentioned it might be the alternator. He offered to try a jump starter to rule that out, and so he did. It turned out not to be the alternator, but the fact that he took the time to check shows he genuinely cares and that’s important nowadays.

I had an excellent experience with this towing company! Their response time was impressively fast, and the driver(John) was friendly and professional. They took great care of my vehicle and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Highly recommend!

I used Rock-N-Tow to pull our Jeep out of a shipping container, and put into our garage. The owner of the company came out to the house, with in 30 minutes of the call, and completed the job within 30 minutes, exceeding our expectations! He helped get the Jeep aligned in the garage and was super friendly! His rate was much less then I expected, especially for the quality of service provided!
