Scheduled for January they showed up today, and then came thru the back yard not the front the back yard that also says keep out, is shut as well, then the owner sends me a message saying I can’t read and send the screenshotted statement which confirms I was correct. Instead of leaving the situation alone then, he then says he’s going to leave fraudulent reviews and then tells me I’m high maintence and more attempts to insult me… Again instead of just apologizing for the mic up and just showing up on the scheduled time, you took another course of action that is unprofessional, unacceptable and leading you to other legal action. Do not book this business…

By far the best chimney company I called several chimney companies only rock city came out with no issues they clarify my leaking issue and resolved it thanks rock city chimney I recommend anyone to rock city chimney and fireplace
