I want to shout out the woman who dispatches the calls. She is super friendly, calls back quickly, and is honest about what the schedule looks like. She maintained a boundary on her workers' current schedule, even though it didn't really work for me. I offered ways to adjust and she took copious notes so we could make the available time work. Then, when there was a cancellation, she called me right away. The workers are always friendly, polite, and efficient. I think the price has gone up over the years we've used them, but the price of everything has gone up. It still seems like a reasonable cost for what you get.

Zach Edling from Rochester Drain Rite was excellent in handling a drain back up on our rental property in Chatfield, MN. He quickly got on the problem and helped fix it, with added explanations of what is needed for proper repairs. Unfortunately, proper repairs are beyond his company's ability to perform (major construction repair of main line to house), but at least he was informative and recommended next steps. Highly recommend this company and Zach.

Jake to the rescue! Had a clog on a Sunday and he was here very quickly. Very knowledgeable and he immediately got on the problem. In a matter of minutes the clog was gone. Very professional neat and clean. Thanks a million RDR! I highly recommend them for all your drain needs.

Rochester Drain Rite fixed a bad sewage backup within an hour of my call. Jake was phenomenal—super efficient, thorough, pleasant. He was great at troubleshooting and also fixed a leaky trapper valve, all for half of what I thought I’d pay. He offered later services to address the underlying pipe issue but didn’t push hard to upsell. Overall fantastic service for a disgusting problem.

Professional, Prompt Perfect *!* Pleased as Punch! I was impressed with my service this morning from DrainRite. Communication was great, thoughtful. He, ? (Patrick's Dad) knew exactly what to do and got it done in short order. I repaired the home for 30 years with 4 kids and learned at least, about plumbing elect. etc, and I was put at ease by the great work. He replaced the sink drain that was broken at the pop-up and snaked out the years of build up in the exit drain. Oh Yea! I remember now, Alex.. Thank You!

Zack was very good at his job. He was thourgh. And the lady that answers the phone during the week Cris, is very nice and great at her job also!
