This was a great experience. On your first appointment at robs, they will do a full inspection and provide detailed photos of each mechanism. Along with any recommendations for services. They even have loaner cars. The online software is very easy to use and request appointments They are careful with your car and meticulous. I honestly can’t trust anywhere else with my GTI. Will definitely be returning for the lifetime of my vehicle! 2nd review: kind of funny I said the lifetime of my vehicle… with only 44k miles the engine in my GTI had internal damage, due to not fault of them or me. The light came on and I called robs with no appointment. They got me into a rental car no questions asked. They diagnosed it the next day. Come to find out my engine needs replacing. Robs worked with my extended warranty to request a brand new engine. Not only did they handle all of it but they were able to diagnose, order parts, and replace my engine all within one week. Mena kindly walked me through and educated me on the whole process. And I greatly appreciate your whole team getting the GTI back to life. Something that could have been very stressful, they made feel easy. THANK YOU SO MUCH

First time customer, the staff at Rob's did a great job taking care of our Mini Cooper. I will definitely be back when I need service on my 4 vehicles. Being a retired auto tech with no place to do my own repairs I am grateful to have found Rob's Import Repair, after talking with the staff and seeing the shop I feel confident in their ability to take care of all my repair needs.

I had a car guy in St. Louis Missouri, do a bunch of upgrades and even tune my car. Thought he did a good job until my exhaust pipe stating rattling. Called these guys and they said bring it in same day to get a look at then fit me in the next day for repair which took less than a hour. Showed me the car before and after repair. Tom is the man who worked on my car and handled it as if it was his own car. Therefore I am now switching all my maintenance and upgrades to this shop from now on. Do yourself a favor and bring your car here

I have a Mercedes Sprinter Grech RV and needed my brakes checked and some other maintenance items. The entire experience was fantastic. They have a great communication system and even provided photos of tires and brakes while the vehicle is being inspected. They were honest about my brakes being in good condition and there was no pressure to add services. I keep the vehicle in this area for almost half the year and I'm very happy to have found a go to service provider like Rob's Import!

I got an email with photos and the inspection report and they called me to explain everything. Great service, great company and great experience.

I had my first experience at Rob‘s imports repair. I called them on a Wednesday afternoon with an issue with my engine warning light being on and they got me in the next morning to check it. They diagnosed the problem and order the part in two days later they had to repair done. Great experience Scott the service guy that I talked to was great. I will definitely be going back there.

I was highly impressed with the customer service and work performed on my Range Rover. A huge shout out for the amazing service that Mena always gives me. I would have to say he’s probably one the kindest people I’ve met since moving to Wisconsin. The whole team are very knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely care about making a customer happy.
