Robles & Sons Roofing was a great company to work with. Eber was the one I was in most contact with. He was very professional, responsive, and quick. I liked that I could text, call, or email and he always got back to me. They were able to start less than a week after accepting the proposal and got the job done in 3 days. All workers I came in contact with were kind and working hard to get it done.

I would not recommend this business. They are very helpful when you first contact them, but once they have your money, they do not honor their warranty. They ignore your calls, and on the rare occasion they answer, they claim they’ll call back—but they never do. Their customer service is unprofessional, unreliable, and completely frustrating. They make promises they don’t keep, offer no real support after the sale, and leave you dealing with issues they should be responsible for. Overall, this company lacks integrity, accountability, and basic respect for their customers.

Robies & Sons Roofing was great to work with! I mainly talked with Eber, but I also met his dad and the other gentleman that did the work on our tile roof repairs. The communication was excellent and I really like Eber as a person and businessman. They got to work on it soon after I got in touch with them and Eber even offered to come over the same day and look at the roof. We had some issues found during a home inspection that we had done before we purchased the house. The main issue was the skylight had no flashing on it, making it susceptible to leaking and rotting the wood around it. Although I did have an excellent experience with this company, I'm only giving 4 stars mainly because on the aesthetics of their work. They couldn't find the correct color of roof tile and replaced one with a mismatched color and then the sheet metal used for the skylight flashing does not match the house and it appears it could have been crimped better to the tiles as I've seen in other photos of completed jobs on the internet. They also said they would be there between 8-9 AM and didn't show up until later that morning. I thought this timing made more sense because it warmed up a bit and they wouldn't have to work there in the cold. Not a big deal either way on this last point. I am not a roofing expert but I do think they did a quality job on the repairs. There was in fact some damage to the battens around the skylight and they replaced some wood. We had some loose vent covers that they fixed and that quieted down a lot in the wind after the work was done. They also sealed up the transition from the house and the garage and appears to be well sealed. A lot of these "spec" homes do not have flashing on the sky light and it's a common issue around here it seems. Overall, I would highly recommend their roofing services as they are great to work with and do quality work. The cost was also a bit less than what I was quoted by another company. I appreciate the work that they did!

We are very happy with the Roofing job and also the Adobe touch up on our residential property. Robles & Sons were very professional, did a great job and at a very affordable price. I had a different company that came out and quoted me a way more expensive price and then kept giving me the run around to come out and fix our leaky roof. Robles & Sons took care of business and showed that they cared about their customers. Thank you Eber for taking care of our home.

After trying for two years to get a different company to fix my roof leak, I called these guys. They came out on a Sunday to inspect, and found the issue very quickly (in an area that the other company hadn't touched despite thousands of dollars of work). By that Wednesday, my issue was resolved. The entire time, they were pleasant to work with and extremely communicative. I highly recommend working with this small, family-owned company.

After five different roofers insisted I needed a complete roof replacement, I called Robles Sr. and his crew. To my surprise, they told me my roof was actually in excellent condition except some patches and seems. It turns out, none of the other companies knew anything about EPDM so they were trying to patch EPDM with TPO. Robles Sr. came out personally and meticulously patched the necessary areas. We've had significant rain since then, and I haven't seen a single leak. It looks like my roof will hold strong for several more years, saving me from an unnecessary expense!

I am usually not the type of person that leaves negative reviews, however I do find it unprofessional the lack of communication. I had a scheduled appointment and no update nor did anyone show. I called 4 times and left a voicemail to confirm that someone was showing up and did not receive a call back much less an update on time arrival. I waited for an hour to receive someone and it would have been nice to at least communicate that either they were running late or had to reschedule. Everything can be worked out, but the fact that I did not have someone show nor call back shows the professionalism of this company. I’m always for recommending companies and helping them succeed. Unfortunately, this one will not be the case.

Robles & Sons Roofing did an amazing job on my portal roof. Eber was great and worked with me to figure out the best type of roof to put on my portal. Eber was able to fit me in the schedule to keep my project on track. The team did an amazing job. Very happy with the look and the quality of work. Will definetly use them for future projects.
