This place rocks!!! They are helpful, nice, and they have a great selection. Our 2025 Fall Quilting Retreat was WONDERFUL! The staff is always so helpful, and kind. The selection of fabric is outstanding and if you need help just ask. The Food, the Atmosphere, and the fellow quilters are a joy to be with. Don’t miss the next one!!! 🪡🧵

Roberts Sewing Center came to my home today and service my Innova longarm. They arrived at the agreed upon time. Very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Would highly recommend them.

I had a unique experience today at Robert’s Sewing Center. I didn’t realize they were closed on Sunday. Turned around to leave and a gentleman opened the door. He invited me inside even tho it was closed. Fixed my machine and then showed me how to do it if it happens again. Big store, big shopping for sewers and quilters. I appreciated the time and courtesy I was given by a 3 rd generation family member ! Thank you for making my day a little brighter. Ps Dropped the box with my sewing machine in it. Haven’t tried it yet but I’m sure it’s ok and if it’s not I know right where to take it.

They were very helpful in fixing my sewing machine. This business has a welcoming and positive vibe as soon as you walk in the door.

Was totally ignored when I went in here. There were two employees at the front door. One was helping a lady but the other one didn't appear busy. It was hugely awkward to walk around. I felt like I was going to be yelled at for being somewhere in the store that I didn't belong. There were other employees in a glassed in area in the back who also ignored me. Won't be back.
