Robert's Maintenance and Repair

Robert and team helped with installing a gate and privacy siding for our hot tub. I live out of town and he did an awesome job keeping me updated and delivering his work on target with his quote. Robert was incredibly communicative keeping me informed during the quote, his progress and the end result. I highly recommend him and will be using him again for other projects at our property.

I’ve used Robert’s Maintenance and Repair for several projects and he always does a fantastic job! He is my go-to person for all house projects in the Outer Banks. He has great communication, is punctual, professional and always provides quality work at fair prices. Rob can do it all! He’s replaced decking, repaired exterior cedar shakes, built a new exterior staircase, remodeled bathrooms and completed paint jobs. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to get work done in the obx!

Rob does all of the things that make a vendor great. He's prompt, he cleans up after his work, he's fair in his pricing, but more than that Rob is a pleasure to deal with. He's done a repairs at our condo in the past and everything has been great. I plan to use him again in the future and I highly recommend him.

Rob was great to work with on our projects. He relocated a utility room door which also involved building a raised threshold and new staircase. He also put in new flooring on stairs and room over garage. We found him to be courteous, punctual, and reasonable in price. He does quality work and takes great pride in his craftsmanship. This is the second time Robert has done work for me. The first time I was in a jam with a hole in my ceiling from a water leak and the first renters of the season arriving in 6 days. He fixed the drywall, sprayed new textured ceiling to match the old, and repainted with a couple days to spare. I was so impressed I asked him to paint our condo, and he did a fantastic job, with clean lines, fast work, and excellent communication, I cannot recommend him enough.

We contacted Rob to do several jobs. He was punctual and so knowledgeable! He did a wonderful job. Very professional, courteous and great personality. We have already got him lined up to do more work for us as his schedule allows. We would definitely refer him to others.

We hired Robert to do various jobs (LVP flooring, small roofing repair, and grout) at our 2 properties in Duck. We were so fortunate to come across Robert here on the Outer Banks. He just finished up another round of work for us and it was just as great as always. This time, he did a bunch of small projects such as regrouting a shower, fixing closet doors, interior trim, quarter round, and drywall repairs. Before that, he powerwashed and painted the exterior of our home, installed windows, siding, interior and exterior trim and a bunch of other stuff. His attention to detail and work ethic is wonderful, and he does exactly what he says he will do when he says he will do it. Finally, we've found a home improvement professional that we fully trust to do the job right!

Rob worked on our house to repair water damage in the ceiling. He did a great job and was able to finish the repair and paint in just a few days. Will definitely be calling Rob in the future for repairs.

Robert took an old shabby room with hardly any hope of repair and made it look brand new. He was very professional and dedicated to complete the job in a timely manner.
