⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service – highly recommended We used Roberts & Dennys for a move from London to the outskirts of London, and I honestly couldn’t fault them. The house we were moving from was absolutely crammed with beds, furniture, and endless children’s toys, but everything was packed expertly and methodically with no issues at all. Nothing felt rushed, and everything was handled with real care. We did have some unexpected hiccups with the estate agents, which meant delays with final completion and the need to store our belongings for longer than planned. Throughout this period, the team at Roberts & Dennys were incredibly professional, flexible, and extremely accommodating, which took a huge amount of stress off what could have been a very difficult situation. The staff were friendly, punctual, and highly efficient from start to finish. Communication was clear, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roberts & Dennys to anyone looking for a reliable and professional removals company.

We approached Roberts & Dennys as we had a long distance house move (over 150 miles) and we specifically needed a company familiar with our existing location in Dartford due to the local parking issues adjacent to our home. They went out of their way to load the truck quickly and efficiently considering the limited space available outside of the house both the day before and on the morning of the move. They quickly offloaded our essentials at the new property on arrival, stayed in a local hotel and completed offloading the following morning, with no damage to any of our possessions. The whole team are super friendly and highly recommended.

We recently moved and I couldn't be happier with the service we receied from Ali & his team. On what is usually expected to be a very stressful day. The team came and made me feel completely at ease with everything and had absolutely everything under control which is worth its weight in gold during the moving process. The team were always friendly, polite and stayed in contact with me throughout the day whilst we were waiting until we could pick up the keys to our new home. They were quick, kept everything together and when unloading at our new home everything was put exactly where we had asked with not a mark on it. I will be definitely be recommending to all my friends and family who move in the future and would only ever use them again if I were to move myself.

I booked to have packing and moving done a week before my move. The process was straightforward and simple from start to finish and really helped take the stress out of moving. The people were also very kind and considerate from Claire first took my call, to Ali who gave me the estimate based on videos as we were short on time and the team who came to my house to pack and move everything (sorry, I didn't remember everyone's names) but all were very polite and helpful. Just moved from Dartford to Faversham and the team at Roberts & Denny’s did a fabulous job. Our first move date fell through at the last minute but they were very flexible, and Ali and Clare helped us deal with this stressful time. Jack and the team on moving day were very polite, considerate and helpful, moving things where we wanted, ensuring carpets etc kept clean and re-assembling various items. Would highly recommend.

Robert & Dennys were recommended to me by a family member, we moved from a 3 bed semi-detached house to a 2 bedroom apartment. I can honestly say the guy's made the day less stressful, very professional and very polite! Special thanks to Al, Mike and Jack such a great team. Great service from start to finish We used this company, as they had V good reviews, and were a 5 minute drive from home. From start to finish, and there were a few hiccups in between (2x failed house moves), the staff were friendly and understanding. On the day of moving, the removals crew couldn't have been any better and reassuring. Their loading of 1 Luton van, went smoothly, and they unloaded it, at our new house, with great efficiency and care. Would definitely recommend them, and would use them again without hesitation!
