Ordered a Speed Queen Washer and Dryer over the phone and it was delivered that day! Stacie has exceptional customer service! The delivery guys, Peyton and Matthew, were awesome and very knowledgeable. I was so impressed with their attention to detail.

I just had a very good experience with Roberts Appliance in Portland, Tennessee. They were very professional and prompt with a service call. Purchased a built-in oven at a very reasonable price. They also have a new location in White House Tennessee would recommend you giving them a call.

I had a refrigerator emergency. After doing my research on either replacing my refrigerator or repairing it, I chose to replace it. I could have went to a big retail store for my purchase but chose to give my business to Roberts. You get a personalized shopping experience with people who truly care about their customers. I love that I can keep my business local. While they were delivering my refrigerator and setting it up for me we were discussing replacing my fire hazard of a microwave and ended up buying one of those too. They came back and sat that up for me too. I met five people that day and can honestly say that every one of them were so nice and professional. You can tell that they take training and have incredible product knowledge. I have peace of mind knowing that the also can do repairs if I need it. Thank you to Roberts Appliance and all the staff! You had my business and I will spread the word on how wonderful of a business you are.

Highly recommend! Customer Service is excellent. Stacie was amazing and very knowledgeable. I purchased a washer and a refrigerator in the last week. Delivery was so quick. The washer the next day, The Refrigerator the same day. And it's Dec 19! No box store around could do that. Thank you Stacie, and Roberts Appliance.

Stacey was absolutely amazing to work with. I purchased a refrigerator, washer and dryer. She was the most outstanding person I’ve ever dealt with…supper friendly. Just an all rounded fabulous lady. If you need new appliances, I highly recommend stopping at Robert’s Appliance and working with Stacey. You won’t regret it!

Luke was great at telling me my freezer needed $1000+ repairs. He was straightforward. But when asked when my fridge would go out, he told me not today. That same day, my fridge started leaking. Thanks Luke for breaking my fridge. I had to get 8 bags of ice to enjoy my Thanksgiving. I will never recommend this business. I bought a new fridge and now I have a week to do takeout. Wasted $93 to have my fridge broken.

Lucas was the technician that came. He was professional and timely. He came on Monday and had to order a part and by Wednesday he came with the part and had my dryer going in no time. Highly recommend. I wont use anyone else now

It took quite awhile to get my appliance up and running, but I was patient. It was easier to be so patient when the techs and especially the office staff was awesome to work with. I’m pretty sure her name is, Stacy, that’s in the office, but she would keep me updated every few days of the progress of them getting the parts in. She promised she would call as soon as she received them, and she kept her word. It’s the little things like this, that would make a forever customer. Thank you all for everything.

We had an ice maker play out on us. Robert’s came out within 24 hours of calling them. They were thorough and gave us all our options. Highly recommend!

Friendly, quick, and reasonably priced. We had a broken ice maker, and after the call, we had the assessment, got the part, and installed it within 4 days. The repairman Lucas was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth. The only inconvenience is that there is a 3% charge for using a card, so be ready with a check, if that's a problem for you. Other than that minor inconvenience, I can't recommend them enough.
