I have happily used Roberts Air Con for a number of years and will continue to do so. Mel is very friendly, attentive & keeps me updated on the day & time scheduling of my annual air con service. Jake (technician) too is friendly & very polite. I always receive a text advising me of their eta. Jake & a new apprentice carried out the annual aircon service today. Anything that needed moving was returned to its original place upon completing of service. No mess. Thankyou guys for the friendly and professional service you continue to provide.

Mitch and the team were amazing from start to finish and we now have a fantastic ducted system just in time for Christmas. The technicians were right on time, incredibly efficient and professional, everything was explained and they made sure we were happy throughout. Mel followed up every step of the way and it was clear that they truly care about their customers and providing the best customer service. If you’re looking for excellent customer service, amazing prices, reliable technicians and a business that truly cares about making sure their customers get the air conditioning that suit their needs, then I highly recommend Robert’s Air Conditioning!

The gentlemen were fantastic. Efficient, prompt and woth excellent communication. Whilst they weren't able to find the issue (due to me resetting the power before they showed up - 100% my bad), they did do a compete service and check up and provided me with steps to take next time and how to better maintain my system. Turn around from contact to service was less than 24 hours (excluding the weekend). Highly recommended.

We have had exclusive dealings with Roberts Air Conditioning since installing our upgraded system 3 years ago. Responsiveness, timeliness and quality of work has always been exceptional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. As I have done twice already.

Monique and Mitch were very friendly and professional and we were very happy with the efficient service they and their staff provided to us and fitting us in when we were in need of air-conditioning for our son who was recovering from a recent op. I would recommend Robertson air-conditioning as a fast efficient professional and transparent company that offers great service and competitive price.

Called Mitch at 0730 today as our aircon had issues and it’s extremely hot. Mitch was extremely helpful, courteous and promised to help us out as soon as possible. At 1030 am staff from Roberts turned up. They were so professional, explained everything and in my opinion went above and beyond. Thank you all , you made a very bad situation good in rapid time. I would highly recommend Robert’s Air Conditioning unreservedly.

I am not one to write a bad review of a business but I feel it necessary to warn others in case Roberts Air try to do this again to another unsuspecting customer. Earlier this year I acquired the services of Roberts air to diagnose and repair the split system at my rental property. I was given two options after their first site visit and diagnosis. Option 1 to repair and option 2 to replace. After pondering and even speaking with the owner for advise on which option to choose, I chose option 1 to repair the unit. Shortly after the repairs took place I was informed via email that the repairs where not successful and the unit would now need to be replaced. Not once during the process of emails and phone calls prior to the repairs taking place was I told or even hinted to, that there was a likely chance that the $1500 that I paid for the repairs would not work and the unit would need to be replaced anyway. Low and behold, this was the case and I was out of pocket with another big bill to replace the until. I did get two more professional opinions after the repairs from other reputable companies. They both unanimously agreed that this was not the right thing for a business to do to a client. I went ahead with replacing the unit with another supplier in the end. One thing that really stood out to me that hammered home how unprofessional Roberts air where, was when I spoke to the owner on the phone about the issue after the fact. As you could imagine I was not happy that I had to pay the full amount for the repairs as they had not fixed the unit as Roberts air had diagnosed and quoted for it to be. I tried to make my point and come to some sort of agreement, and the owner simply said "sometimes bad things happen, and someone has to pay for it" In a nutshell this is the business you are potentially dealing with. So all I can say is make sure you get everything in writing especially if you have been quoted for repair and a replace. And make sure that they can guarantee that a replacement of parts can fix your air con unit.
