I’ve work with many realtors over the last 35 years but I have to say Robert is on a different level ! My wife and I were planning to retire to some place in Florida from the New York , NewJersey area and were split between east and west coast, until I came across Robert’s videos . I had never even heard of Parrish but after watching his countless videos I was sold. If you watch his videos you will see the amount of time and effort he puts into them and I came to learn that he puts even more effort into working with his clients . He was there for us from day one of our first visit to the area to weeks after our closing , helping out with some issues we had with our builder that needed to be taken care of . This was an amazing experience for my wife and my self we started to look for a home after my sister and brother in law purchased a home threw rob and said he was the best realtor in the area. So we toured some homes via FaceTime found our dream home and the rest is history closing in less then 30days. Just closed on a house in prosperity lakes active adult side. Robert was there every time I had a question or any other concerns. His response time was super quick through the whole process.. It’s true he has an eagle eye!!!!! During our blue tape walk through he saw things I never noticed!!!!! He sent the rebate he gives his clients as soon as he was payed.
