I am a full time New Construction and Listing Real Estate Agent in Manattee County Florida. My Home office is in North River Ranch, Parrish FL. I’ve been investing in real estate since 2013 and licensed as a full time agent since 2016. I’ve sold all over the Sarasota/Tampa Bay Area from 25 acre+ parcels in Plant City to waterfront estates in Long Boat Key. I’ve help many clients navigate the perfect new construction home in Parrish FL all the way up to Riverview. I have a team of Inspectors, Lenders, Subcontractors, Attorneys and Title Companies. I also coach new investors on being no a landlord or flipping houses. I’ve flipped over 35 homes and own several rentals. I clean up messes constantly and am a Top Producer at Realty ONE Group.
