I recently purchased a home in Parrish, Fl with Robert as my realtor. Let me begin by saying that the whole process was such a positive experience! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and went out of his way to procure just the right listings! The closing process was facilitated out of state for me, and I felt confident with Robert there in person to represent me. This was an amazing experience for my wife and my self we started to look for a home after my sister and brother in law purchased a home threw rob and said he was the best realtor in the area. So we toured some homes via FaceTime found our dream home and the rest is history closing in less then 30days. Now this was stressful because we were placing an offer on a home we never physically saw. From the walk threw to the closing Rob was over every little detail putting us at ease and making this such a smooth process. Once we got to the home my wife was overwhelmed with joy as it was everything we dreamed of and thanks again Rob we love our new home!!! Keep up the great work by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. :)
