Roadside Seattle Service

I had such a great experience with Roadside Seattle Service! They came out so quickly when I needed a tire fixed, and the service was outstanding. The technician was very professional, explained everything clearly, and had me back on the road in no time. I really appreciated how efficient and friendly they were. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends and top-notch service all around!

Called Saturday night for a tire repair on Sunday, prompt call back and came out Sunday morning and fixed a nail hole in my tire. Great service, will definitely use again.

We’re from out of town and were in Seattle for PAX when we got a flat at 11:00p. These guys were super professional, super quick, and super kind. Immediate friends who saved the day for us :)

What a great job they did—leaving the ripped tire with the brand new tire, which could cause a fire, and then saying it’s not their job to remove it. I didn’t realize until a driver honked me Update: this is how the tire look like now😂and they offer “help” to fix this issue if I delete my Google review. Don’t waste your money and time. Yes I want my money back at least 70%, but apparently, it’s impossible

I would not recommend getting a tire replacement from these guys it seems like they only give you defective cracking tries. Once you request a refund they will relentlessly lie and harass you. Send my original posting I have contacted my bank as well as the Washington State Attorney General

Sad to see a company allowing subpar work, charging a premium, only to leave their clients feeling cheated and taken advantage of. They’ll try to justify it with a lengthy response, but let’s be honest any company that does so is only trying to justify corrupt practices. Beware of companies that offer a cash price vs card price: they’re either avoiding taxes, paying employees under the table or using it as a means to avoid charge backs. Shady business, go to a reputable service instead.

Justino was fantastic. He really helped out my wife and I when we needed it, was very polite, showed up early, and did a great job. We highly recommend Justino and the team. Incredibly helpful

I was pulled over on the I-5 with a leak, attempting to fix my tire. A truck from Roadside Seattle was passing by and offered their assistance. They were quickly able to find the source and repaired my tire skillfully and efficiently. I appreciated how they were patient and attentive in making sure my tire was no longer losing air. Thanks to them, I was able to drive home as the repair held strong!

I was desperate. I was on a photography trip on my way to the Oregon Coast, when my van broke down in SeaTac at Oreilly Auto Parts. Justin showed up 45 minutes later, plugged the computer into the van. Discovered the problem, fixed the problem and got me back on the road, and I was able to make it to the coast for sunrise! Great Job Justin, I would definitely use them again.

Justin came really quick and help with my flat tired. He was really nice and even helped me with some other stuffs that I needed help on.Customer service was great and was patient with me even on call. Definitely recommend.❤️❤️❤️
