A Knight in a shiny Tow Truck, Rosario - the proprietor of Roadside Rescue, treated us like family members when our vehicle broke down on a lonely stretch of I-550. Not only did Rosario tow our vehicle, he made sure myself and my companions were able to get to our hotel after drilling off the vehicle at the Firestone. We were stranded on I40 due to our travel trailer breaking a spring. He came to our rescue and got us back on the road within hours. Great guy, great business

Cannot rave enough… Competent, professional, accommodating, and so very kind and thoughtful. I was in my 18th hour of a car nightmare - Exhausted and tired. My big dog was also with me. Then Rosario showed up and saved the day. The drive from Grants to Albuquerque flew by, Conversation was lovely, my car well cared for, things I hadn’t thought about to make my dog’s ride safe and easier on her were suggested, even noticed things on my car that he suggested I have the dealership look at besides what originally I thought was wrong. And he was right. So glad I took his advice. Emergency towing is not what you want to invite into your life, but when you need it, this service was extraordinary. Thank you, Rosario…

We are stranded on I40..it’s now 12:30. Towing was ordered through State Farm at 10:17…this company cancelled and never let us know and refuse to answer their phones. And they claim to be open 24/7. Terrible service..it’s cold, dark, semis whizzing by and this is not a reliable service!!!

I ran out of gas a few miles away from my destination. A delay in getting to me but friendly and professional service. The technician even jumpstarted my battery which ran out as a result of waiting with my emergency blinkers on.

Super helpful. Looked through the car to see if there was anything else Wrong. Very friendly. Battery was dead and gave us information what type of battery we needed since we have the incorrect one. Thank you so much again.
