Needed help towing my car to the dealership middle of the day and Kal was able to handle it without issues. He was upfront with his ETA and cost with our initial call, which I thought was really professional. He had some really helpful advice regarding my car issue on the way to the dealership. Would definitely recommend him for towing services. Only thing is he normally works around the Galleria area so If you’re calling from Sugar Land (me) or further then it will take him some time (he did let me know ahead of time so not a problem).
