We had a great experience with Road Dog Emergency Roadside Assistance. We called in the evening after getting a flat tire, and they were able to send someone out right away. They arrived quickly and took the time to find the correct tire for our vehicle, which we really appreciated. Everything was handled the same evening, and the service was efficient and professional. The price was fair, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend!

Richard came out in a really short period of time - less than an hour - and was able to very quickly change my tire for a very reasonable price. He’s friendly, professional, and extremely easy to work with. Payment was simple and he gave me several payment methods to choose from. I’d recommend this service to anyone and will be saving it for my own future roadside assistance needs!

I woke up late for work after pulling a graveyard shift and rushing to get to my next job. I didn’t even realize how exhausted I was until I got outside and my car wouldn’t start (turns out I never turned my lights off). I called Road Dog Emergency because I needed a jump, and they told me someone could be there in about 30 minutes. He showed up in under 20 minutes, had my car jumped in literally 2 minutes, and I was back on the road. Super fast, professional, and a lifesaver in a stressful moment. I’ve definitely saved their number in my phone for any future emergencies like this.

Had a dead battery. My insurance company arranged for Road Dog to render assistance. Richie arrived in less than 30 minutes and got my car started with a jump. Very prompt and courteous and very much appreciated since it was quite cold

I have a roadside contract with my finance company. Road debris wedged itself under my car, and I was stuck on 695. Waited 3 and a half hours for roadside, never came. I remembered Road Dog had been dispatched to me before. I called, told them the situation, they were there in 35 mins, he jacked the car up and pulled someone's bumper from underneath, and was on my way. Good people!!!

He came out in the snow at a peak time changed my flat in 10 minutes. I will call back for additional service and I will be referring him as well.

He did a great job in the cold replacing my tire he even fixed my rim for qn extra $30. Very friendly and professional. Life saving. Was very quick too everything took less than 2 hours.
