We loved working with Roi & Danielle! We had water damage from our roof last winter which lead to extensive damaged drywall and floors. RnD helped us repair the drywall in 3 different areas and replaced our flooring throughout our entire house. Separately they closed in two exterior doors and drywall/finished them for us. It feels like we have a new house and all of the repair work is so seamless to our existing rooms. Roi was extremely easy to communicate with and worked with us on a very tight timeline and Danielle helped me pick out new flooring and has such a great eye. Overall they both were great and we’d absolutely work with them again on future projects!

I have hired RnD Builders to do a major remodel to my house in west hills. The project included a 510 square feet room addition, removal of support walls around the house, brand new kitchen, new flooring, and complete front yard makeover. Roi And Danielle were by far the people I felt the most comfortable with from all the other contractors who bid on the project. The project took 4 months of work, and I am extremely glad I have made the right choice by hiring them. Roi and Danielle are extremely professional, show up on time to all of our meetings, answer right away to all my questions, not wasting any time with the work. RnD Builders in Los Angeles! They understands quality and good building practices. From start to finish their attention to detail is excellent. The work site is always well organized and clean. Roy did an outstanding job overseeing the construction project. I had a room addition built and completely renovated my entire house, including remodeling my kitchen and all four bathrooms. All of the workers were friendly and fantastic at their specific trade. They were easy to communicate with and made an effort to keep the site safe. They came out, was very nice and Roy and his team was able to complete the remodeling in less than a month. All the materials were selected from his vendors and Michael was able to get us a nice discount. During the whole remodeling, Roy visited us often and informed us about the progress and any problem that came up and what solution can solve it. His honesty and professionalism proved itself during this work and we are thankful for that. I would recommend this contractor to anyone that values quality and detailed work!!!

We waited a long time before embarking on the remodel of our master bathroom.

As such, we researched carefully. While price was our initial primary consideration, we quickly realized that trust was actually the first thing we needed to be comfortable with.

When we met with Danielle, we felt HEARD. She knew what we were imagining, and made suggestion as to where to save money as well as multiple things we would never have considered. Her experience was invaluable to us.

When it came time to purchase materials, she sent links to suggested items AND joined us at the tile store to help us navigate the overwhelming number of options.

When Roi entered the picture, his knowledge, confidence and joy made him a pleasure to deal with.

Roi’s coordination of all of his workmen was incredibly tight and always on-time. Expectations set. Expectations met.

His attention to detail was enormously comforting, as he noticed not only the small things we may have seen but also things we would never have noticed.

A detail I never would have considered, is that he had his workers send him photos of work done at every stage, so that he could review and have for later as well.

Our new bathroom was finished exactly on time and on budget. You can’t ask for more than that.

When we walk into that room now, it makes us smile with pride.

In short, we now consider Danielle and Roi family, and have recommended them to family, neighbors and friends.

After I received 5 quotes on ADU Garage Conversion I went with best quality-price ratio from RnD Builders. Roi and his team were great to work with. They were always on time, quick, efficient and there were no issues although it was a big and complicated project. Roi was awesome, always available and ready for any help, his great advices helped me a lot and saved me money also. The project was finished on time, there were no unexpected costs and final product is excellent. I would definitely work with RnD Builders again, actually we had a talk about future project!
