I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the service provided during my recent furniture move—the second time I have used your company. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating due to repeated issues caused by your team.
First Visit:
• One of your team members did not know how to fix the curtains and ended up damaging the wall.
Second Visit:
• A different staff member broke the washing machine pipe.
• While reinstalling the washing machine in the new accommodation, the same staff left the electrical socket exposed, which posed a severe safety hazard. The machine also was not functioning properly.
• I was told I would be contacted the next day to fix the issue, but no one followed up.
• When I insisted the socket be properly fixed, your staff member refused, claiming, “It’s okay, leave it like this. It can’t be fixed inside the wall.” I later hired a professional who resolved the issue in minutes.
Additional Damage:
• One of your team members broke a brand-new cabinet.
• He also installed one of the shelves incorrectly and used improper screws, damaging the cabinet’s structure.
This level of carelessness and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I trusted your company with my personal belongings and my home, and instead I was left with:
• Damaged furniture and walls
• Unsafe electrical work
• Zero follow-up from your team
• Unprofessional attitude when I asked for proper fixes
I expect immediate action to address these concerns, including compensation for the damage and an explanation of how such service failures will be prevented in the future.
