Working with Robert and his crew was an all-around A+ experience. He came in to Little Rock all the way from Benton to do a quote on the job (even though there is a standard cost for mini split installation). His cost was lower and his work was better. We put a metal building/garage behind our house to make more room for ourselves. The rear of the building is 3 feet from a wooden fence, and Robert was the only quoter who mentioned mounting the compressor on a bracket over the fence line so it would get proper airflow. This took 4 workers at one point to hoist the unit onto the bracket. They did all this without adding to the overall cost. It was an honor working with them. They did great. Cheers

Great customer service! I called on a Saturday afternoon. Karla called me back within 10 minutes. She was so nice. Charles came out about 2 hours later, and diagnosed the problem with my a/c immediately. Mind you, it was 100 degrees outside, and even hotter in my attic. Bless his heart! He didn't have the part I needed (blower motor), but thought he might be able to get one from a co worker. He called me back in about 30 minutes, came over again in 15 minutes, and had it installed in less than 30 minutes. In my opinion, that was above & beyond the call of duty! The forecast for this weekend was sweltering, and he did what he could to get our a/c fixed. THANK YOU!!! I definitely recommend using this family owned, local company. I would rather use them than the bigger companies. I appreciate great customer service because it's so rare to find. I will always use RKL in the future.

We have used RKL Heating and Air Conditioning for a few years now and we are extremely happy with the service and the way they do business. We just had to have our AC replaced and they gave us fantastic equipment and the crew was very professional and did a wonderful job. We cannot recommend RKL highly enough.

AC quit working on Friday, so reached out online Saturday morning. They had a tech to my house within the hour (Robert) and he found the problem & had it working within 15 mins THAT'S EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT THERE FOLKS!!! Cannot thank you enough Robert!! I highly recommend RKL Heating & Cooling, Inc. Will definitely use them again if I have AC / Heating issues in the future.

I chose RKL because of then being family owned how long they've been in business and that they were willing to do after hours calls.Even though I didn't need an after hour call it was nice to know that I wouldn't be bothering someone when I called them over the weekend. Our technician was fantastic stellar I would say. He was punctual.The work was great.He explained everything he did in detail . I could not ask for a better technician.He had our problem fixed within minutes. I would recommend RKL to anybody.Who needs any hidden air work done on their home.

I went through 3 A.C companies before I found RKL these guys are the best and for a reasonable price. They are very easy to work with and the A.C tech Mr. Buddy is very knowledgeable.The man knows what he's doing!!! I highly recommend this company for you heating and cooling needs.

Making my appointment was super fast and easy. The technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. They showed up on time and diagnosed my problem and gave me options to resolve it. I ended up getting a brand new American Standard/Trane 16 SEER unit and am very pleased with it as well as the price. The coordination of this company is spot on. If you need any HVAC work, give RKL a call, they will not let you down.

I wish I would have had the same experience as some of those who left 5-star reviews. It has been a while since we dealt with them, but I remember it like it was yesterday. Buddy came out, and I wasn't happy with him at all. When I called, they said that it would cost $90 for them to come look at it, and I agreed to that. From my experience working with other companies, they come look at the issue then tell me what's wrong, and I'll decide whether I want to go forward. Buddy came out and put refrigerant in my unit and charged me $75 for that and $75 for labor without telling me anything before he did it. On top of that, he peed in my yard; and my mother saw him. I was very unhappy with the fact that I was being charged for something that I didn't agree to; but I was even unhappier about him relieving himself in my yard. If he would have asked, I could have told him what was going on with the unit. I called to complain, and spoke with someone who said he was the owner. He was rude and acted like he didn't care about his technician's actions. This is definitely not a place I would use again; and it's definitely not somewhere I would refer anyone to.

Mr. Buddy made it out within 20 min from when he said he was heading our way. Probably only spent 15 min max here at my home. Its a friday evening, after 5pm. $437 total for service call and replace a capacitor. The service call was $150 just to come out. I did look online, didn't see a capacitor more than $40. No major tools. Yes, my house is cooling immediately after it was switched back on. But hey, HVAC is not my trade so what can I do/say about it. I will say the customer service is amazing. From the time we made our initial call to the company and Mr. Buddy leaving our house, 1 hour!

My heating unit went out during winter. Called RKL H&C and they sent Robert out for a diagnostic. He was very professional, polite, and the service was reasonably priced. He gave me multiple options from repairing or replacing the unit. Ultimately I have decided to go with replacing it since the unit is over 20yrs old and there was a lot of corrosion from standing water inside the unit. Great company, the phone service is very friendly, technicians are knowledgeable and no high pressure selling. Would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future!
