Steering and Suspension Repair I brought my vehicle in because the steering felt loose and the ride had become noticeably rough. The shop performed steering and suspension repairs, but the car still doesn’t feel completely stable when driving over bumps. While the repair may have improved things slightly, it doesn’t feel like the problem was fully fixed. I expected the vehicle to handle much better after the work was done.

Rafik is amazing, I reached out Sunday for a same day service. My vehicle wouldn’t start due to extreme cold temperatures, I thought it may have been the starter. I reached out to RJR, I received a response back and a quote in less than 30 minutes. Once my vehicle arrived at the lot Rafik was there to meet the tow driver and get my vehicle in. He communicated throughout the entire process providing updates as he went. He called me with the information as to what he had found related to my vehicle and what needed to be done going forward. I had my vehicle back in about 2.5 hours and was back on the road. Not to mention the convenience of the location, and they’re also open until 10pm which I a perk for people like myself who work late in the evening. They have truly earned themselves a new customer.
