Rjay's Installations

From my very first call to the final handshake, Jesse and his team were professional, prompt, polite and provided a first class service. The guys removed my existing aluminium window and installed new kitchen bifolds. The also removed a double aluminium slider and prepared the opening for new 3 panel stacker. From initial contact to job completion was 3 days. I can't recommend Jesse and his team highly enough. If I could rate them 6 stars, I would.

Unsure of their workmanship as I've never engaged them (and never will). The manner of driving from this guy is absolutely appalling. Tailgating in heavy traffic on a single lane road where everyone was well above the speed limit. When you're driving around like that with your company name plastered all over your vehicle, one would have to assume you're a few sandwiches short of a picnic or simply don't give a damn about anyone else on the road. Awesome advertising campaign you've got going on there!

We initially met Jesse when referred by Stegbar Windows as their recommended installer. We then engaged RJays to complete a major renovation of our country home and cottage which was a very specialised project with intricate carpentry and a high level quality of materials utilised. The professionalism of Jesse and his team together with the quality and pride in their work was beyond our expectations. Hi , Stegbar use Rjays Installations for installing our Double Glazed Stegbar windows and doors in our 1970s built house. We had a site inspection with Rob from Stegbar and Jess from Rjays . Jess is a Glazier so when sizing up the windows and doors for the DG units Jess knew all the pitfalls of replacing old windows in an older built house . Jess"s knowledge allowed the installation on the three days to be as technically quick as possible . Jess and his crew where on time , polite and highly skilled for each of their allotted tasks , at the end of each day the house inside and out was left clean and clear of debris and the old windows taken away as the were replaced on the day . I would have no hesitation in recommending Rjays Installations if you want a quality construction at a fair price .

I've had two separate installs done with Rjay's. The first was three noise reduction windows for the front of my house which went really well. The second install which they finished in one day was a window and two sliding doors. Amazingly they completed the job in one day! I thought it would have taken at least two days. I had some specific requests which they were happy to accommodate. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the final cost. I'll be calling again soon for more work.

We have just had a major overhaul to our house, replacing all our windows and sliding doors. We also changed some windows to doors and visa versa to improve the functionality of living in our home. I have just had all of the windows and a double sliding patio door replaced with shiny new double glazed one's. From the initial quote thru to the final installation everyone at Rjays was a genuine pleasure to deal with. The work was completed on schedule on budget and to a very high standard. Jesse and his team recently installed three new premium allumium casement windows for us to replace our old windows. I was so impressed by their efficiency, technical skill and quality that I had them return to carry out a side project.
