Unable to leave a review solely on the grass as we ended up going elsewhere. What I can review is the lack of communication and follow up. It was always us chasing up the delivery never being notified. Now I can forgive the maching breaking down needing a part replaced after being sourced. Again happy to overlook the lack of staff in the office but all that needed to be done was communicate. Communication would have solved it all. Would not recommend unless you are wanting to consistently follow up yourself.

Rivturf are a friendly team to deal with and supply excellent quality turf

I ordered turf two weeks ago to be delivered last week but they didn't deliver anything to my address and also they are not answering their phones for a week only today they answered and said we follow up and nothing else! Very bad experience with them
