I had some car issues on a road trip from Sioux City, IA to Des Moines, IA. I was close to an hour outside of Council Bluffs and was in a panic! I could not be more grateful for the incredible customer service and compassion I received from Nikki and Brandon. Nikki was such a reassurance when I called to see if they were able to help and her kindness carried over a phone call. Brandon was prompt and communicative the entire time, and even provided great conversation on the ride back to Council Bluffs! I was SHOCKED when I heard the final price as it was much lower than I thought it was going to be. I would 100% recommend them to anyone that is need of their services! While I hope I don’t need them again, I do hope they continue to provide the EXCEPTIONAL service, just like I received this evening!

My grandson was broke down 50 miles from home and I couldn’t go get him. One call to riverside and problem solved. Very professional, quality service. I trusted them with my family and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. Driver was owner’s brother and a class act.

Absolutely would recommend these guys to anyone! Connor has always been a great guy and even better in the towing industry/service. Never hesitates to help out. I had gotten a flat tire and was on the side of the highway with my 4 year old and he was quick to show up and had us on our way within 20 minutes. My spare was flat as well so he made sure it was aired up and good to go!!

I had a flat tire on my way to work, and Connor pulled over and immediately stopped to help! He didn’t waste no time, getting my tire replaced with my spare and back on the road we both went! Prices were very fairly reasonable. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs it!

I think this is the second time I've needed their services, and they knocked it outta the park both times! Jake helped me just today (11/11) getting my car jumped and dropped off at the mechanic - he even gave advice on what the issue might be with my battery that just keeps dying when I asked, plus insurance advice which I never would have thought about. The job was SO fast, I'm thoroughly impressed.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Had it all lined up for them to buy my car. Waited for 2 hours for them. When they got here they said my husband had to sign the bill of sale. So i went to have him sign it. When I got back from having him sign it, they were gone and would not answer the phone.
