If you need a basic window replacement this is your place. If you have a window sensor or something similar that needs recalibration after a window replacement MAKE SURE YOU ASK. Got my winshield replaced here, pretty quickly & for what we thought was a somewhat decent price a first. To start the guy (Amos) left glass all over the inside if my vehicle including on my leather seats. Second, he didn't bother to tell us what we paid didn't include recalibration of my sensor; which has caused many of my features on my car to be inoperable. Then when I text I don't get an answers until a 2nd text days later, only to be told " Oh no, I'm sorry I didn't recalibrate it" and goes on to say he will do it for and additional $300 later on. We drove 2 hours to have this done and waited patiently with no where to go & no one to take us anywhere. So if you go with Rivera's ask questions before you chose them. The quotes sound fair/decent but what he doesn't tell you is that you are getting BARE MINIMUM services. It would have been cheaper for us to take my vehicle to a different place closer to home where we would have got everything done correctly the first time. I feel like 2 stars is being generous since we now need to pay someone to recalibrate our sensor meaning we are unable to use many of the driving features in my vehicle until we can do that. We would have been happy to pay for recalibratation of my sensor had Amos been honest and upfront with us.

Had a great experience with Rivera Auto Glass this weekend. Amos replaced the windshield on my Honda Accord. He was quick and professional. He even remounted my dash cam. 5 days later and heavy rains no issues at all.

Got my windshield replaced and tint done on my windows. Amos did a great job was friendly. The communication, price and quality was great! Would highly recommend this place.

We had our Ford 350 sunroof glass “fixed” on Saturday. The sunroof glass was not put in properly and the rain is leaking into the cab. He was told the truck was going to Corona that day where my spouse works .Now we are having to have the truck driven back to Albuquerque. The low rating is due to the hassle and concern about it being made right.

Rivera auto glass did a great job for me after my window was busted out. Amos the owner was very polite and easy to work with. He came out to the house to replace the window which was convenient. The price was certainly reasonable for the mobile service. He went the extra mile to come early before his other appointments so that I would not be stuck with a busted window. I will always use Rivera Auto Glass in the future.

Rivera Auto Glass is a locally owned business and does phenomenal work. My windshield was replaced a couple months ago, zero hiccups with the utmost respect and professionalism! High recommend 10/10. They also are a mobile service, windshield replacement and repairs at your front door! Awesome business!!!
