If you need a basic window replacement this is your place. If you have a window sensor or something similar that needs recalibration after a window replacement MAKE SURE YOU ASK. Got my winshield replaced here, pretty quickly & for what we thought was a somewhat decent price a first. To start the guy (Amos) left glass all over the inside if my vehicle including on my leather seats. Second, he didn't bother to tell us what we paid didn't include recalibration of my sensor; which has caused many of my features on my car to be inoperable. Then when I text I don't get an answers until a 2nd text days later, only to be told " Oh no, I'm sorry I didn't recalibrate it" and goes on to say he will do it for and additional $300 later on. We drove 2 hours to have this done and waited patiently with no where to go & no one to take us anywhere. So if you go with Rivera's ask questions before you chose them. The quotes sound fair/decent but what he doesn't tell you is that you are getting BARE MINIMUM services. It would have been cheaper for us to take my vehicle to a different place closer to home where we would have got everything done correctly the first time. I feel like 2 stars is being generous since we now need to pay someone to recalibrate our sensor meaning we are unable to use many of the driving features in my vehicle until we can do that. We would have been happy to pay for recalibratation of my sensor had Amos been honest and upfront with us.

Had a great experience with Rivera Auto Glass this weekend. Amos replaced the windshield on my Honda Accord. He was quick and professional. He even remounted my dash cam. 5 days later and heavy rains no issues at all.
