Disheartened to leave this review, but after today’s awful experience, feel I have to. Owner Jeremy came out to repair my washing machine. Tested it right after he left and GALLONS of water gushed all over my floor- he didn’t reconnect the drain pipe. He came back to reconnect it which I appreciated (my property manager just had a baby so couldn’t do this herself), but then spoke disrespectfully to her. When he left and she continued with the wash cycle, we found it was having the same issue (rattling) we brought him out to fix in the first place as well as a new one. When I called the office to ask if they would like to come back and fix it, as the issue is still happening or just part ways amicably and refund me the $80 already paid for the job, Jeremy had BLOCKED my phone number. By the way I was never once angry or upset in my communications- if anything I was overly understanding as I believe you get more bees with honey than with vinegar- but here we are. Update- owner response is a complete lie. There was no staining(just debris),threatening, or complaints- I simply asked if they wanted to finish the job or refund me. A 50% refund for a job not done? Okay. You never even called me back with an answer- just blocked me. I called back from a different number to find out what you even wanted to do… at which point I replied “what a shame, I’m surprised to hear that- I guess I’ll see you all online”… more than fair. After an hour- yes I’d had time to write a review 🤣 Also do you think people are dumb enough to believer that photo is of a 40 year old washer?
