I locked my keys in my car and called River Region Locksmith. They showed up fast, were extremely professional, and had my vehicle unlocked in just a few minutes without any damage. The technician explained everything clearly and the price was exactly what they quoted me. Honest, reliable, and efficient — highly recommend for anyone needing a car unlock!

I had an issue with my car key electrical board. Gave them a call on Saturday and Robert had me in and out within an hour. Extremely fast service and would definitely recommend others to use River Region

Had an issue where my car key fell apart and I bought a blank from Amazon and brought it to this locksmith to get it cut. He moved over all the electronics and cut my key for a very good price. When I got home my car would not crank I then called them back (now their on call service because they were closed for normal business). A different locksmith told me to still come up to the building and he would check and make sure the chip in the key was fine. Once inspecting it he realized the original locksmith had scratched it and ruined it. They immediately took responsibility and got me an entire new chip with zero hassle on my end. Every employee I interacted with was extremely nice and helpful. Mistakes happen and they fixed theirs. Highly recommend their service.

We came home and were locked out of our rv. Something had jammed in the locking mechanism and it would not open. We called multiple places and could get no help except from this company. When Jackson arrived he was willing to do whatever he could to help us. He finally had to drill the lock out. Luckily we had the old lock so we could replace it. He was also very professional and polite. Thanks for getting us into our rv. 5 stars+ for Jackson and this company!

I am so very impressed with this company. We needed a key ASAP today. We had a very unfortunate mishap. I called the company and informed them of the situation. Let me tell you, they were johnny on the spot. He asked my location and was there in less that an hour. We got our new key in no time, and we were on our way with our day. Robert came in the middle of the night and had to drive all the way from Prattville to Montgomery. When he arrived, not only did my lock need to be totally replaced, but there was a weird issue with the door, which was additional work for him. However, he did it with a great attitude and did not add to the amount he said he would charge. This young man is a gift, truly. I was in a desperate situation and he came through for me and I am forever grateful to him and River Region Locksmith and Security. I highly recommend this company. They are incredibly exceptional! These are by far the kindest and most professional people I think I have ever been blessed to deal with. They are the best. For all your locks and security needs you cannot go wrong with them. They went above and beyond to help us by fixing an old vintage door locking mechanism on our huge steel front doors. Because of them my family can sleep soundly at night knowing we are safe.
