The patient had rigid dorsal dislocation of the 2nd and 3rd MTPJ for more than a decade. The patient also presented with a large intermetatarsal angle (Bunion).
All the corrections were done via MIS (Minimally invasive surgery) technique with the post-op X-Ray at 10 months old.
