I am very pleased with our gutters and the excellent customer service from Caylin! The turnaround time from the quote to the completed work was less than 2 days. Caylin was very professional and friendly! He addressed all my issues and problems I had with the rain because of the structure of my roof. His prices are the BEST and there is a 10- year warranty. All my neighbors have used them and they recommend me to River City Gutters. The gutters are seamless and the work was quality. I love that I’m supporting local businesses! I am not afraid of the rain nowwwww!!!

Absolutely wonderful job! RCG came out while our home was under construction and took very accurate measurements with imaging. They even left color swatches for us to look over to make sure we picked the right colors. We chose black to match the roof, a grey shade to match the stone, and a perfect off-white shade to match the stucco. Our gutters blend in so well with our new home. Highly recommend!

River City Gutters provides quality work in the most time efficient manner. The sales representative first visited me at my house last Fall, 2024, to showcase the product, discuss our options for size and color, describe the installation process, and answer our questions. Unfortunately, our household income was soon reduced from two paychecks down to one. Last Spring, 2025, when we our financial situation improved, we contacted the same sales rep to proceed with the job, and he kept the contract as we had previously discussed with the same costs. Our gutters are beautifully, color coordinated with the trim of our house. The staff were highly knowledgeable and skillful at their job. They worked diligently from start to finish without stopping for frequent breaks. They respected our property by promptly removing all debris. Both the owner and the workers provided professional customer service throughout from beginning to end. Last week, we had a new concrete patio built to annex the front porch in a location where one of the gutter downspouts is located. In order to prevent rainwater from flowing directly onto the new concrete, the owner, himself, came to make adjustments on the downspout to redirect future water runoff. He performed this work at no additional costs. This happened months after the gutters were installed. I can't name any other company that would perform additional work at no charge. I recently had River City Gutters install gutters at my house. They did a terrific job! Caylon was very informative during the initial consultation. When the crew arrived at our home to install gutters, they were very sharp and efficient in their workmanship. I sincerely want to thank them for everything. Highly recommend them!

They came to my rescue faster than I could say "rain dance" after discovering my new metal building needed a proper gutter system. They didn’t just slap on some gutters; they fixed the disaster left by an old company on my house, which was more like a comedy of errors than a home improvement project. It was so bad, even the rain was embarrassed! They even upgraded our hangars after the first rain revealed the old ones were about as reliable as a weather forecast—totally off base! Now my new building is protected, and my old house is finally living its best life—gutter-wise, at least. If you want a gutter service that’s as solid as their work (and has a sense of humor), call River City Gutters. They’re the real MVPs of the gutter game! Remember, when it rains, it pours... but with River City Gutters, at least it won’t pour inside!

River City Gutters installed gutters at my house this summer. They had the best estimate of the 3 companies that i reviewed. They are prompt in the installation and used high quality materials. There was one issue, but RCG came out immediately and fixed the problem. I highly recommend River City Gutters

I strongly advise against using this company. They caused damage to my brand-new metal roof, requiring the roofing company to come back and make repairs. Additionally, this company had to return three times to address various issues—none of which were properly resolved. On their first visit, the crew arrived late and cut the overhang of my three-day-old metal roof with snips, leaving jagged edges as if they had used a chainsaw. They then installed the gutters too low, below the drip edge, causing water to flow directly over them instead of into them. On their second visit, they attempted to correct their mistake by repositioning the gutters over the drip edge. However, they failed to properly seal the holes left by their initial improper installation, only doing so when I was present. Once I stepped away, they cut corners and left gaps unsealed. They also failed to ensure the gutters had the proper slope, leading to pooling water. Additionally, they left screws loose throughout the gutters, every corner leaked severely, and they left sharp metal cuttings in my yard along with screws in my driveway. On their third visit, the owners, Ross and Glenn, came to remove the low-quality leaf guards they had attempted to charge a premium price for. This removal exposed excessive amounts of sealant inside the gutters, with multiple tubes seemingly used per corner due to the poor installation. When Glenn removed the leaf guards at the back of the house, he uncovered standing water and a significant number of screws left inside the gutters—yet he failed to remove or correct these issues. Given that this was their third visit, supposedly for a quality check, this level of neglect was unacceptable. This company does not even run water through the gutters to check for leaks. They rely on words rather than delivering quality service. While I do not blame the workers this is ultimately a failure of the company itself. Despite their warranty, I would rather pay another company to fix any future issues. In fact, I have already had to make corrections myself to address their poor workmanship. If I would have known the poor workmanship I would not have gone with this company. When Glenn removed the rear leaf guard, he left a handful of screws inside the gutter, which would have washed out onto my driveway—a serious safety hazard for my 75-year-old mother-in-law and my special-needs son, who frequently walk through the area which could have also ended up in our tires. The fact that the owner himself neglected to remove these screws, despite seeing them firsthand, speaks volumes about the company’s lack of attention to detail and care for their customers. I still have to come back and re-slope three sections of the gutters because they were never properly sloped in the first place, causing several inches of water to pull up in there, creating a breeding ground for mosquitoes not to mention future damage to the facia board. If you are considering gutters, there are many other companies. If anyone wants to see the back and forth responses they can be found on Nextdoor.

River City Gutters is the business to use for reputable, reliable gutter installation. Glenn is fantastic to work with and any issues are taken care of promptly. I would highly recommend them and would give them more stars if they were available!

We had River City Gutters come out and install gutters shortly after my wife and I purchased our first home at the beginning of 2025. The estimate was a great experience and smooth process with a very fair estimate in my opinion. The install team showed up as scheduled and knocked it out very quickly. We purchased an older home that does have some architectural challenges that caused the guys to have to come back out to make some adjustments. This is where the 5-stars are earned. They continued to work with us and send guys out to address any and all issues we experienced after the initial install. They could have easily ignored our feedback, as many companies unfortunately do these days, but River City Gutters did not. They continued to listen and respond to our concerns and this is why I give them a top rating and recommendation to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy company to come and install gutters. From my experience, they will not disappoint or let you down. Thank you!
