My partner and I got locked out of our apartment on a Sunday evening so we called the 24 hours emergency maintenance number. And we both submitted work orders as well, we never heard back from them at all and ended up having to call Triple AAA to access our keys. For the amount of money this place charges for rent, I’d like to at least have more reliable emergency access to maintenance than this. Very disappointed in our experience.
