Dr. Hashmi is an amazing doctor. She never rushes appointments and always takes the time to truly listen. She carefully explores all options and makes you feel heard, respected, and involved in your care. Her compassion and thoroughness set her apart, and the clinic provides a very positive and supportive experience. I’m grateful to have such an attentive and knowledgeable physician. Highly recommend.

I want to thank Kaneesha, the receptionist at the doctor’s office, for her kindness and compassion during my recent visit. I was in severe pain and could barely sit down, but she was incredibly understanding, patient, and caring. She helped me right away and made sure I was as comfortable as possible while waiting. Her gentle attitude and professionalism made a difficult situation much easier. I truly appreciate her kindness and excellent service. Thank you, Kaneesha, for going above and beyond!

Dr. M. Al-Karaghooli is my family physician at Ritson Road North Medical Centre, however, in the past few years I've also been cared for by Dr. Fernaha Tahir, Dr. Fatima Hashmi and Dr. Shazia Nabi. I feel blessed to have such a wonderful team looking after my medical care. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Also, if you are looking for a family doctor, last I heard, at least one of their doctors on staff is taking on new patients. This is definitely the place to go for compassionate and efficient medical care.

I came to the clinic at 10:30 a.m. today. I am an international student and I was involved in a MVA. I came to the clinic yesterday and they said they were overbooked. I came in again today and she asked for my health card. I don’t have a health card but I did have my insurance. She said we do not accept insurance and I will have to pay upfront. It could only be cash or e-transfer. WHY NOT CARD??? She asked for my Id (passport). People don’t carry their passports around like that. I had the digital one, that she wouldn’t accept. Also, they do not have it displayed anywhere there that the piece of ID needs to be physical. I went back, got my passport, gave it to her. While I was there, I had posted a review about how they do not have any information displayed about bringing physical copy of an ID. *She gave me the ticket, called me again, and said, “I got a call from my manager, that if you want services here, you need to delete your review” I was forced to delete it because I needed medical attention. Did I lie in the review “No”. Do i need services from the manager, “No”. It’s the doctor that I need to see for help. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.* If you do not want people to give the right experience, why do you even have a review section. It is well within my rights to post a review, specially an honest review. These people are not here to help, they are here for business. The doctor, I have no complaints about her. She was very helpful and did a very thorough examination. Guess what, I got the services and now posting a review.

This clinic is very reliable. Before the pandemic, it was always a quick walk-in clinic and you are all done in less than an hour. However, with the whole Covid situation, you have to wait quite a while before you can be seen by the doctor. I have my family doctor and the doctors here are so nice and knowledgeable. The one issue I had one time was that, I came to see the doctor for couple of medical and mental concerns. But the doctor replied stating that he can only deal with one concern per visit. I really needed to talk to my doctor but I guess they get busy sometimes. Overall, this clinic is very professional and proficient.

I had a walk-in to this clinic and I am very happy with the services they provide. Dr. Mustafa is a good, knowledgeable person who also listened to all my questions and concerns and prescribed the medications, blood work etc. I recommended this place to anyone looking for a good walk-in clinic.

I had a great experience at this walk-in clinic for both myself and my toddler. The staff was friendly, patient, and efficient, making the visit stress-free. Despite being a walk-in, the wait time was reasonable, and the doctor was kind and thorough, taking the time to address both my concerns and my child’s needs. The clinic was clean and well-organized, which made a big difference, especially with a little one. I truly appreciate the quality of care we received and would highly recommend this clinic for both adults and children.

The clinic is open and hardworking for all patients. Somaiza is a wonderful worker, she is kind and patient with her work. Despite the hard work, she is carefully welcoming in all situations. For each visit she carefully tends to all my troubles and I trust her for all her work.

Incredibly caring and helpful clinic. When I have been unable to travel to my Dr, this clinic which is close to both my home and my work, has always treated me well and taken care of my needs in a most caring and productive way. Big shout out of thanks to the incredible Dr's, pharmacists and staff here !
