Worst taxi service you can find in Rishikesh, never book their service. 1. Driver came 1 hour late for pickup 2. They agreed on call that can will be available till night around 10pm but when we asked Driver in evening he said we will charge extra after 8PM. 3. Driver just took us to 3 places that too one - Lakshman Jhula was closed and he didn't even tell us that , he was aware and he dropped us in middle of market and asked to follow walk pathway then dropping us in parking which was very near to Jhula so we had to walk 2kms even though my parents are aged (65yrs). 4. Then after lot of frustrated discussion he dropped us back to hotel and we had no option as our train was in early morning (5am) , we asked this driver will you please come for drop to railway station, he agreed and his manager who handles everything agreed to send driver around 4am, then in morning none of these people picked the call . 5. We called them for straight 1 hour and then picked another taxi from outside hotel (somehow we got that) , Then this driver called us at 6am and asked Madam should I come for pickup..like whattt???.. I was already in train with my family. I scolded and asked why didn't you pick call ..he mentioned n i quote - " Madam ..aankh lag gyi thi uth hi ni paya". 6. Now these people have audacity to call me and whatsapp and ask for 5 star review and dropping voice notes please mam give 5 stars ...like hell.. u guys should close the service. Both the manager and drivers are unprofessional n filthy Edit- Ask your driver not to message or send voice notes to give it 4 star instead of 1 star otherwise he will lose his job.. Because you should have behaved professional when we booked you guys.. and I hope people read this review and never book .

Worst Experience – Avoid at All Costs I called the owner around 12:30 PM to book a car, but the driver only arrived at 2:30 PM. During those 2 hours, the owner kept lying, saying the car would arrive in “10 minutes,” while the driver kept saying “30 more minutes.” This back-and-forth continued for the entire wait time. Completely unprofessional – no respect for the customer’s time, and zero transparency. I would not recommend Rishikesh Car Rental Service to anyone.
