**Control Panel PLC Diagnostics**
One of our commercial clients located in Florence, KY has an old corrugate bailer that’s probably over 20 years old and unfortunately not in the best shape, no drawings / schematics and to top that off, no onsite personnel versed in troubleshooting controls issues with regards to the Compact Logix controller this thing utilizes.
That’s where we come in 😉
This issue ended up being a bad output on this I/O card and thankfully, the program inside was setup already in such a way that we were able to simply move a wire to an adjacent output which allowed the same machine functionality while they sourced another I/O card (we also recommended they get a critical spare parts order together).
