Awesome local pharmacy. Brent does a lot of work on behalf of the Las Cruces community. Whenever I have a question or concern about a prescription, the folks here actually listen, and treat me as a person, not just a drive through customer.

RioGrande Care Pharmacy is the absolute BEST! I never thought I would feel so strongly about the exceptional service of a pharmacy, but I have continued to be impressed by their customer service, friendliness, thoroughness and communication. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love this pharmacy. Our whole family does not come here for medication just our oldest son and they’re always great about calling texting and sending an email when prescriptions are ready if I’m not able to pick it up, they have delivered it to my job with proof of an ID, which helps so much as I myself work in The medical field they’re very nice every time I go pick up prescriptions in the drive-through and I can 100% count on my sons meds being ready when I’m told they’re ready and not having to wait the next day or two to pick up meds like we do at another pharmacy the only reason why the rest of our family hasn’t switched over is because they’re not 24 hours I really wish they were open 24 hours. If I could rate this a 100/10 I would.

How does this place have a good review?? My prescription was sent and a few days I called-some man was nice- said they were working on it. Then a few days after that I called spoke to a girl kinda nice- told mr to call back in a few days. So I did. I got a man who was mean said my insurance wouldn't cover my meds.... I told him the doc was going to submit my lab work to prove I needed it in a prior auth. He said no they won't. I told him I was going back to my old pharmacy and he said ok and hung up!!!! I work in the medical field- I won't be sending patients here & my personal family doc won't either

This is a great pharmacy. They really work the lie butts off to get things covered by insurance and if you ask, they will deliver! I switched all my prescriptions and vaccines to this neighborhood local pharmacy.

My husband and I have been patients of large chain pharmacies and we have never had the service, kindness, or expertise we have experienced with Brandt and his team. Thank you so much for everything you do!

Brent is the best! He makes sure I have everything I need before I leave and to remind me when my refills are coming up. He has the nicest staff. This pharmacy is wonderful in every way. He goes above and beyond for his patients.

I switched over to RGCP about 1 year ago. There is nothing like having a local 'home town' style pharmacy. The attention and care provided by the employees is wonderful and it is great to be able to get meds delivered when life is crazy or anyone in the home is ill.

Brent is hands down the best pharmacist I've ever worked with. He goes above and beyond to provide an unparalleled level of patient care. This is the only pharmacy i will be using from now on!
