RioGrande Care PHARMACY

Brent left and things haven't been the same!! My husband called 4 refills in on Monday 3/16/26. Still after 3 days, have only received 2. The pharmacist pulled an old prescription from the old doctor (not the new doctor) and filled half of the 270 pills. Said to come back in a month for the rest. He even took the bottles in with him on Monday. We will be changing. 😡

Can’t say enough nice things about the Riogrande Care Pharmacy. I have a lot of scrips (nothing too unusual) but I had suffered for decades with both CVS and Walgreens. I have been overjoyed since I moved to Riogrande. First class, utterly professional, friendly, professional. Never have had any problems.

Service at Rio Grange Pharmacy is always fast, efficient and friendly! Especially Brent, he makes our visits fast and friendly. We get vaccines and flu shots there and Brent makes them easy and painless. I also needed my meds delivered a few times and thankfully they do that too! Their service is top-notch!

Ever since Brent left, I have had nothing but problems with my prescriptions! Going to another Pharmacy!

Thank God I switched from Walmart Pharmacy to Rio Grande Care Pharmacy!!! They meet all my needs the same day, and if they don’t have my medication that day, they’ll for sure have it the next day. And thank you Brent for the delivery service, I really think we should be able to tip the delivery person, they deserve it! They also have a drive up, so no need to get out of the car unless you want to! They have made my life so much easier!

This Pharmacy and the staff are super professional. I called needing a form for my international vaccine and Brent did the research and as usual got the job done. Plus, we get all our medicines from Rio Grande Care, excellent service and follow up care.

RioGrande Care Pharmacy is the absolute BEST! I never thought I would feel so strongly about the exceptional service of a pharmacy, but I have continued to be impressed by their customer service, friendliness, thoroughness and communication. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!!

Brent is the best! He makes sure I have everything I need before I leave and to remind me when my refills are coming up. He has the nicest staff. This pharmacy is wonderful in every way. He goes above and beyond for his patients.

I absolutely love this pharmacy. Our whole family does not come here for medication just our oldest son and they’re always great about calling texting and sending an email when prescriptions are ready if I’m not able to pick it up, they have delivered it to my job with proof of an ID, which helps so much as I myself work in The medical field they’re very nice every time I go pick up prescriptions in the drive-through and I can 100% count on my sons meds being ready when I’m told they’re ready and not having to wait the next day or two to pick up meds like we do at another pharmacy the only reason why the rest of our family hasn’t switched over is because they’re not 24 hours I really wish they were open 24 hours. If I could rate this a 100/10 I would.

How does this place have a good review?? My prescription was sent and a few days I called-some man was nice- said they were working on it. Then a few days after that I called spoke to a girl kinda nice- told mr to call back in a few days. So I did. I got a man who was mean said my insurance wouldn't cover my meds.... I told him the doc was going to submit my lab work to prove I needed it in a prior auth. He said no they won't. I told him I was going back to my old pharmacy and he said ok and hung up!!!! I work in the medical field- I won't be sending patients here & my personal family doc won't either
