Dr. Earnest is hands-down the best dentist I’ve ever had. He takes the time to listen and formulates a plan that is affordable and is within reason. Most importantly, he is incredibly gentle. I have absolutely nothing but positive remarks for him and his staff.

Hands down one of the best dental offices I’ve ever been to! 🙌🙌 Dr.Earnest was very quick with my tooth extraction, I’m about 7 hours after and my pain level is maybe 2 absolutely remarkable!!! I will definitely be bringing the whole family🩷

I want to say thanks again to Dr D. Earnest for taking care of my husband's tooth extraction. He did amazing work and was very caring of his patients well being. He is the best dentist we ever been to ! Very affordable, efficient and would recommend him to everyone.

I had a crown that needed to be replaced. I had never been to this dentist before, so wasn't sure they could get me in in a timely manner. They gave me an appt the next day and replaced the crown. Very fast and efficient. I highly recommend them.!

I'll be back for all of my family 😁 Absolutely fell in LOVE with Everything about this Dental Office! Staff is Outstanding! Dr. Earnest and his Helper were the BEST! I'm so blessed to have found this place, seriously. I had a lot of work that needed to be done and everyone there was so kind and professional. Dr. Earnest and his Staff made me feel confident and at ease with my dental issues. They actually were very kind to me regarding my rejection of medication to numb me as well. I was so pleased. Even without numbing, I felt ZERO Pain. If you are looking for a Dentist to knock it out of the park... you've found Him! Absolutely HIGHLY Recommend this Office!

AMAZING, JUST AMAZING! Rio Vista is my #1 go-to from now on, I called yesterday at 9am and I had an emergency root canal today at 9am! There was ZERO pain, i'm a nervous wreck when it comes to dentists but they did such an amazing job that I felt absolutely nothing! David Earnest and all of his wonderful associates have been caring, compassionate and wonderful through my whole experience. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Thank you so much!
