We had Riley Plumbing install a new water heater and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. They were punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through everything. The job was done efficiently and the area was left spotless when they finished. The new water heater is working perfectly and we finally have reliable hot water again! Genuinely one of the best service experiences we've had. Highly recommend and will absolutely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs!

Great Job to Luis Ortiz and Francisco López. I hired Riley plumbing for a new bathroom on a project we are building. They came and did the job right the first time. Luis always polite and Francisco kept me informed at all stages of the job. As a General Contractor for almost 25 years, it makes the job go smoother when you are dealing with professionals. Follow up after owner’s reply: I appreciate the response and the acknowledgment of the communication breakdowns. My review was not meant to dispute that the line was ultimately cleared, but to highlight the pricing process and overall experience. The situation was stressful, particularly because the costs escalated significantly during the job and required repeated follow-ups and persistence on my part to reach a resolution. While a credit was eventually applied after speaking directly with management, that outcome came only after considerable back-and-forth, which I don’t think would have happened if not for my persistence. The timing of my review reflects when I felt able to assess the full experience, including the stress involved in resolving the issue. The issues were resolved on Friday, 3 days ago, not nearly 30 days ago. I’m sharing this feedback in good faith so future customers can have a complete picture when making a decision. Original review: I don’t typically write negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience here. While the staff was ultimately understanding and admitted that the communication and the technical execution of my job didn’t go as planned, the pricing process was a major shock. The original estimate to clear a clogged sewer line jumped to roughly $2,600. After a lot of back-and-forth and pestering, they did reduce the total, but I still ended up paying over three times the expected market rate for this service. I appreciate that they eventually listened to my concerns, but the initial lack of transparency and the final cost make it impossible for me to recommend this service to others.

What a pleasant experience. Ryan was very courteous and knowledgeable about every step of the removal of the old system, and the installation and setup of the new system. He kept me informed every step of the way and was able to get the job finished on schedule. I really appreciate the attention to detail and taking the extra steps to make the system fit in with the other existing utilities. A job well done, just in time for the first Cold one of the season. Thank you!

Thank you to Riley Plumbing and Heating for taking care of us so quickly. Michael Rojas installed a new tankless hot water heater and returned a week or so later to make some adjustments. All went well. Eli, Faith, and Trenton serviced our fireplaces and that went well. Everyone has been on time, polite, and efficient. We would recommend this company

Excellent customer Service and Plumbing technician Daniel Avina comes highly recommended. He made the process very easy and quoted fair pricing and additional options before and after the repair. Plumbing issues are never convenient, but I called on a Friday morning and they were able to send someone out that sane afternoon. My technician Daniel was very prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to show me pictures of the issue and offered different options to fix it. They had to come back the following Monday for the option I chose and again he was a great communicator and was right on time to get everything fixed up. The cost for the service was higher than I had hoped, but I am not sure how it would compare to other companies. I appreciated the quick service.

Daniel Avina and Casey Cribbins were both amazing, very professional and hard working 10/10. They got the job done quick and high quality work. The office still has not gotten back to me, 3 days after with the signature for the permit so it can be submit to the county. UPDATE: 2 WEEKS after first contacting them about the permit they finally respond with they will not sign it because they did not complete it. The county requires a signature on it from the contractor. When i spoke with them on the phone 3 times in the past 2 weeks they said they would get it back to me soon. Happy with their work but disapointed with the office staff 5/10. They charge $600 if they complete the permit but won't sign it if you complete it. The county charges $85, why waste over $500? but they refuse to just sign the paperwork, very dissapointed in the company. Update: I recieved a call from the CEO Allie Mariscal(-10/10), she tried to force me to sign a owner builder affidavit, that would make me liable for all the work done, in order to have me sign the permit. After speaking with her she agreed to call the county for clarification, didnt and then 2 hours later called back to say they "did the right thing" and just took care of everything. She refused to apologize for the rude treatment and harassment over the phone on the first call and refused to admit that they messed up. BUT They "did the right thing", and did what they should have done over 2 weeks ago, sign the permit as the contractor. As a company either dont charge $600 for permits and/or dont offer to let owners pull the permit if you are going to refuse to sign it as the contractor. She stated the 2 weeks it took to tell me they wouldn't sign it was because they were replacing their permit person and they were short staffed. She was very rude and gave excuses rather than just say sorry I was wrong, let's fix this. She even mentioned twice the review, the first being dropped to 3/5 stars and the second call said that I could update my review.

We recently had our heating system inspected for a suspected duct issue after noticing warm air coming through the wall near our bathroom shower valve. Ismael was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was seeing as he evaluated both the ductwork and overall system. He completed the needed repair efficiently and handled the follow-up maintenance with Faith. We were pleased with both Ismael and Faith - service oriented. We appreciate the clear communication, punctuality, and professionalism throughout the appointment. Our system is now running smoothly and the airflow throughout the home is noticeably improved. Highly recommend this service for anyone needing reliable ductwork repairs or seasonal maintenance.
