Not sure about all the bad reviews but I had a great experience. I thought I could park last minute at the port but it was sold out. I found this place; booked , parked, then got to the port with ease! It was very organized and the workers were super helpful. We had no problems getting back you our car after the cruise either. I would definitely recommend and will be using them the next time in Tampa!

paid for parking opposite the cruise terminal, which was the highest price. Upon disembarking, the line for the rightways shuttle was lengthy, so we opted to walk across the road, a brief ten-minute walk. Upon arriving at the location where we initially dropped off our vehicle, we encountered a staff member in a grey truck who was overtly sarcastic, stating that our vehicle was not at that location and we should have waited for the shuttle. I clarified that we had paid for parking at that specific location and dropped it off there. He responded defensively, asserting that they reserve the right to relocate vehicles and that we needed to take a shuttle to their alternative location near IKEA. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and he replied, 'If you're not happy, don't come back here again.' Upon arriving at their secondary location, I discovered that my $118k black Escalade was left idling with the driver's window open and no one in attendance. I expressed my outrage to the shuttle driver, stating that the vehicle was in an unacceptable condition. The vehicle was filthy, covered in dust from the dirt road location, and dropped it off there. He responded defensively, asserting that they reserve the right to relocate vehicles and that we needed to take a shuttle to their alternative location near IKEA. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and he replied, 'If you're not happy, don't come back here again.' Upon arriving at their secondary location, I discovered that my $118k black Escalade was left idling with the driver's window open and no one in attendance. I expressed my outrage to the shuttle driver, stating that the vehicle was in an unacceptable condition. The vehicle was filthy, covered in dust from the dirt road location, and had visible signs of frequent entry and exit. I documented the condition with multiple photographs. We will NEVER stay there again! Both our our friends vehicles were vandalized. Rims and tires stolen and items from truck stolen. I will spend my time on social media spreading word to stay away from this lot/business. It is not guarded or secure.

The shuttle part of getting to the boat is RIDICULOUS!! You will stand there waiting as they make EVERYONE ELSE that got there after you a priority. Even when you try to get on, they keep making excuses to take others. We cruise all of the time and will NEVER use this place again!!! It’s almost worth paying the extra money for a better shuttle experience.

Very courteous and friendly employees. Dropped us right in front of terminal, helped with luggage. Upon return, very short walk from baggage claim to meet point. Only a 4 or 5 minute wait for the shuttle. Again very courteous and helpful driver. Handled all the luggage. Upon return to lot, my battery was too weak to start my car, the attendant used a small battery pack and I was on my way. I absolutely recommend Rightway Parking. They are the BEST!

Deceptive marketing aiming 24hr security. Taillights stolen from vehicle while parked at Comfort Suites 1350 N Sam Houston Pkwy E. They didn't call me or even care when I returned and immediately reported it. Couldn't provide managers number and daid there was no phone number to contact corporate.

This was a great experience. When we got to the lot the attendants helped with our luggage and helped us to the shuttle. When we arrived back from the cruise just taped the rightway parking app and in just a few minutes the shuttle showed up to take us back to the lot. Once back at the lot our car was parked right next to the office walked in and they handed me the keys to the car. Great Great customer service and would recommend them to everybody. Thanks Rightway Parking!

I’m writing this review to warn future customers about the business practices of Rightway Parking. My recent experience exposed serious issues with transparency, accuracy, and customer service. I booked parking through Rightway Parking and prepaid $38.39. My confirmation clearly stated: • Total Paid: $38.39 • Due at Lot: $0.00 • Return Time: 11:30 PM However, before pickup , I was suddenly told by the parking lot I owed an undisclosed $26 “after‑hours fee”—a fee that Rightway Parking never disclosed anywhere during the booking process or in the confirmation email. When I called Rightway Parking for assistance, I expected them to back up the information in their own confirmation. Instead, I was told: • “It’s in your email confirmation” (it was not), and • “Just because it says ‘due at lot: $0.00’ doesn’t mean it’s always correct.” This was shocking. The company is essentially admitting that the confirmations they send to customers—documents people rely on when traveling—cannot be trusted. If your written receipt says $0.00 due, you should not be told later that it “isn’t always accurate.” When there’s a discrepancy between what a customer was told in writing and what a lot decides to charge, Rightway Parking does nothing to advocate for the customer. They simply point the finger elsewhere. Rightway Parking needs to be far more transparent about fees, far more accurate in their confirmations, and far more responsible when customers are blindsided by charges that were never disclosed. Travelers deserve better. I cannot recommend using Rightway Parking until they fix these transparency issues and stand behind the reservations they issue.

We've found the off-site parking operator we'll use every time we cruise out of Tampa! Everyone was friendly and polite. They did all the luggage handling, except for putting it back in our car. The only thing that would make this better would be better seating in the vans. It's fairly tight and narrow, though the staff was on-hand to help people in and out of the van. Highly recommended and we will use Rightway again.

My first two experiences were excellent and when I returned to do business again 12/23/2025 at 9am the person I talked to on the phone either had too much coffee or was just rude. I couldn't get a word in and was constantly interrupted so I decided not to book with RIGHTWAY
