We just closed on our house a few days ago and had the best experience using Kayla as our agent. She made the whole process (from house hunting to closing paperwork) so simple and stress free for us that we couldn't imagine using a different agent for future house purchases and sales. UPDATE: We just closed on a new house (my dream house) with Kayla less than 4 months after selling our first home with her back in November and she once again proved why all of the other reviews are bragging on her. I am honestly going to miss working with her so much! Such a gem of a person and an amazing real estate agent. ORIGINAL: We had the best experience working with Kayla on the sale of our first home. From start to finish, she was patient, informative and put us in touch with reputable workers/companies to complete a few necessary repairs in making the home market-ready. She communicated with us every step of the way and our house sold within 30ish days of listing it. She made everything easy and really took a lot of stress off our end of things. We plan to use her again when we purchase our next house and can't recommend Kayla enough!

I can’t say enough good things about Haden and his team. Haden and his wife Kayla make one heck of a team, and from the very beginning I felt completely taken care of. He is hands down the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. Haden showed me as many homes as I wanted, kept constant communication, and was always available when I had questions. He even did my final walkthrough virtually and handled my closing remotely, which made the entire process incredibly smooth. What really sets them apart is how much they genuinely care. They go above and beyond in every way, and their team is absolutely top notch. What started as a business transaction turned into a lifelong friendship. I know I’ll be working with Haden again in the future, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor they can truly trust.

I don’t think this review will reflect how amazing Kayla was/is, but I will try my best. We were selling my mother’s house shortly after she passed in March, which was already hard on an emotional level, but we also live 2.5 hours away and have a young active family making it very hard physically as well. Kayla made every single part of this process smooth, comfortable, and understandable. I should add that we are first time sellers as well. SEVERAL TIMES when we couldn’t come in town do to schedule conflicts, she would be there in person to check things, confirm things, look over work being done, she even moved beds into the garage for us herself so the house could be re-floored! This wasn’t the best time, or market, to sell but Kayla was honest about every offer that would come in and how we should approach it accordingly. She was also straight forward with suggestions on what it would take to get the house marketable and more attractive so it would not sit for too long. We finally got a great offer, and Kayla helped drive it perfectly to close! Kayla is an absolute Rockstar, and we pretty much consider her family now. I can’t imagine how this would have gone with any other realtor, and neither should anyone else. Thank you Kayla!

I am thrilled with our experience with Riggs Property Group at Keller Williams. My husband and I knew that purchasing raw land while living over 5 hours away was going tot be a huge challenge. Britany Ott made this process seamless. She scheduled multiple showings when we were able to make it into town...spending several days of her own time going from one listing to another. She braved tall brush and questionable terrain to make sure we had everything we needed to make a decision. This process would have failed without her involvement. Kayla is spectacular in all the ways not just one she goes above and beyond to help you with all your needs and is a true woman of her word, true integrity, great heart very respectful I appreciate her and everything that she does with my home buying process I could not have asked for anyone better. Kayla Riggs is an amazing Realtor! It’s hard to express how grateful I am being referred to her by a good friend of mine Mr. Calzaretta. She was on top of everything, always taking care of what needed to be taken care of on time and as quickly as possible. Through the whole process of selling my house, she was communicative and extremely easy to work with. Always sent me updates and kept me in the loop with what was going on. I signed all but closing documents through DocuSign and she even set up a notary to were I could stay in the city I was at and not drive four hours on closing day.
