Excellent job from a person answering the call at 2:30 on a Sunday afternoon to quoting, sourcing and installing two front tires on an RV. Professionals! They kept me informed on the progress until they arrived. I was charged the quoted price. They had the right equipment to fix anything!

Chance fixed our air pressure issues for our driver. He also stopped at a truckstop to grab a padlock for us! That willingness to help is rare these days. Chance was able to confirm prior to the job that he had ready parts like air hose and governors, if needed, that other techs we called did NOT have on hand. Explained costs thoroughly prior. Post to post travel calculation, labor is $150/hr and there is a min two hours labor charge for Rig Doc. Can be high for some, but we are glad we got in contact with him!! and was able to get the job done swiftly, effectively, and had the part on hand. Communication was consistently reliable throughout the entire process. Always answered texts and calls. On site he found the problem quickly and sent videos. Invoice was detailed and clear including receipts for the padlock.

I drive for an entertainer and we had a bus issue and broke down at 3am on a Saturday morning. We tried any “24-7” shops we could find on Google. First one was within 25 miles but they didn’t answer then the same with shops within 50 and 75 miles. We called Chance and he answered and came out to us even though we were 90 miles away. He fixed our problem and even went above and beyond by tightening some pulleys that were concerning to him. We made it to our next show 5 hours down the road and are greatly appreciative for his service. Thank you chance and amber :)

After being either denied service, or quoted at prices extremely high, I gave the Rig Doctor a call and he did not disappoint. Not only did he make the drive out to my home in Cedar Falls soon after I called, but he also went above and beyond to help a broke college student out. Pricing was more than fair, and he did more work for me than anticipated. If you’re looking for an honest man to fix your rig, look no further. I highly suggest the Rig Doctor.
