Final bill not $120 but $268.49. I queried with Rowan, he explained the $120 is only the call out l fee, (driving up the driveway?) a flat fee before charging 140 for the 15 min. I regret paying this bill and I’m still waiting for my invoice; it’s got under my skin. I’ve been small business too; it’s not easy, but my reputation was always worth more than a quick buck. You did not have to set time aside for me as you claim. You told me you were seeing me between jobs when driving past and and the implication was that $120 would include at least some time for doing a bit of work; that’s the whole intention of a callout fee. I should’ve been told that popping in even for 15 minutes would I incur a fee of $268 minimum.
