I had a broken locking wheel nut and the socket was stuck on it too. He came out and sorted it for me without any hassle. Very professional from start to finish and got the job done quickly and efficiently. A very nice and polite gentleman. Highly recommended — excellent service!

These guys have great availability and were so helpful. I don't know much about cars so always get a bit nervous when it comes to these types of things but Ridgway's was recommended to me by a car dealership in Leighton Buzzard and when I called them they had same day and next day availability. I went with next day and it was sorted within not even 5 minutes, payment was easy as well. The person who sorted my locking wheel nut was super friendly and kind, he even gave me some further advice on my locking wheel nut key when I explained I'm not familiar with this stuff, which I really appreciated. Communication was also really great, they called when they were on their way with a rough ETA and called again when they arrived. Would recommend this business to anyone around the Bedfordshire area!

I had a really good experience with them. They took care of removing my 4 wheel lock bolts at a fair price and swapped them for standard bolts without damaging the rims. Got booked around 10am on a Tuesday, but since I couldn't be home, they sent me photos of the work and gave me the option to pay through my phone, which made everything super easy. Finally got round to sorting out the sheared off locking wheel nut, with the help of this fantastic company. Called them this morning, arranged a home visit and agreed the cost. The very nice man arrived at the arranged time, talked me through the whole process and was done and sorted in about 5 mins. First rate service with no damage to the wheel, and a replacement nut in place. Impressive.

Phoned at 8am explained that I need 4 nuts off booked in for same day. Guy who came out was lovely and polite. Asked if he could park where he did, explained to me the whole process, had them off in no time when another company told me they couldn't do it at all. Very happy definitely recommend.

Called on Wednesday afternoon and they came out the very next day. The chap who arrived was the owner of the business and was exceptionally friendly, polite, and professional throughout. He took the time to show me the tool they use, which was genuinely interesting. I have removed locking wheel nuts myself in the past by welding, which is messy and awkward; this was a far neater and more controlled solution. He then removed all of the locking wheel nuts quickly and without fuss. Somewhat unusually, there were six locking wheel nuts across my four wheels, and even more oddly, two different types. All were removed efficiently and replaced with standard bolts. This saved me a huge amount of hassle and what would otherwise have been a real headache. It was absolutely worth every penny and I would use them again without hesitation. Thoroughly recommended! Many thanks to Ridgways, and I sincerely wish them every success in the future.

Fantastic service -- all four useless Jaguar locking wheelnuts removed in 1/2 an hour, and even had replacements in the van. Really professional, and lovely chap who came out. Very fair price too. Highly recommended!

The guy that turned up today, I didn't unfortunately catch his name, but he was on time and did a grand job of removing 2 wheel locking nuts off my wife's Peugeot 208. They were removed in under 5 minutes. Was a pleasure to speak to and I wish him all the very best. Quality professional service. Highly recommended.

I sent an email letting Ridway know that I was in urgent need of having my Locking wheel nuts removed as I didn’t have a key. Bear in mind, I emailed around 6am on the day I needed the work done. By 8am, Jim messaged me to confirm my booking, same day and he even arrived during my lunch break, earlier than the appointment time. As a woman, it’s so hard to find and trust new service providers, especially when it comes to repairs on a vehicle.
