Where to start! These guys are incredible. Mack has saved my butt like 3 times and absolutely refused payment. Bottom line was I needed a roof because the last owner cheaped out on a 30 year GAF roof. And we had leaks since we moved in 11 years ago. And the roof was only 11 years old. His professional team installed a fortified roof. Repaired several sections of rafters from the builder. Cleaned up with a magnet, and used tarps. I will even get an insurance discount for using a fortified roof. Mack has an incredible team, with a great culture and I have a lot to learn for my own team.

I had leaks appearing throughout my house and hired Ridgeway to put on a new roof. They were very transparent about the costs and did a top notch job. They worked quick and my new roof is absolutely beautiful (and so far, watertight). I highly recommend them to anyone trying to navigate this process. Chris is great!

We are greatly pleased with the job that Ridgeway Roofers did. Alan took the time to walk with us around the home and attic and addressed all our concerns. He was polite and very thorough in explaining exactly what the work would consist of and the cost. He listened and answered everything professionally and kindly. His team fortified our roof for hurricane protection and certification and replaced all vents on roof, added new gutters and cleaned up absolutely everything. The roof took one day and then the gutters were up the next. The cost was reasonable, quality materials were used and we felt that everything was done respectfully, professionally and thoroughly. We are already recommending them to our friends and neighbors. If you need a new roof or repair, then consider giving Ridgeway a call.

Ridgeway Roofing was truly a pleasure to work with. The crew was very personable. They explained the process in detail with us so we knew what to expect. They were very patient with our insurance process and had our very steep many gabled roof torn off and replaced super fast. We definitely recommend to anyone in need of a new roof.

10/10 would recommend Ridgeway Roofing! We had lost a good bit of shingles due to hurricane winds and needed to replace whole roof. Ridgeway roofing ended up completing the whole job within a few days of me calling to just set up an inspection! Alan was amazing working with us for payment as they did it so fast we didn't even have the insurance check yet. They left the job site clean and were respectful coming in and out, couldn't ask for a better roofing company!

I had the pleasure of working directly with Mack. After we had a discussion about our unique situation, house for sale in Guyton while we reside in another state, he was very quick and attentive to getting our roof repaired after having some damage from Hurricane Helene. Mack personally kept me updated of the process through text. He was very easy to talk to, work with, and just a genuinely kind person in a very busy and stressful time for the roofing industry after a major hurricane. Our realtor sent us pictures of our roof and it looks brand new, and it just needed some shingles replaced. They go above and beyond! Even our realtor was very impressed!! We now get to finish the sale of that house. Thank you Mack and company for doing a phenomenal job. I hope you all get some much needed rest over the holidays!

Ridgeway Roofing did a great job. Done in less than a day. Alan was easy to work with and speak to. Ask questions; he doesn't mind answering. Brought to our attention the crappy flashing the builder put on and replaced it with quality flashing. Had one crew on the detached garage and one on the house. Quick and efficient. Very well done.

Chris and the whole team at Ridgeway were great to deal with. I have dealt with many roofers in my lifetime and they are the best. They completed the job on time and on budget along with doing a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards. You can tell the whole team takes pride in the work they do. They offer a great product at a fair price.

Great folks to do business with. Honest, sincere, personable, and professional. The only roofing company, out of ten, that took the time to explain what could, could not, and should be done to fix the roof. Step by step. Even going out of their way to assist navigating the insurance company process. Which was, objectively, the most frustrating part of the whole procedure. The time table to do the job was agreeable(5 weeks) given the workload still pending from last Fall's hurricane. That was curtailed to about 10 days. Crew showed about 6:30am and finished the job by late afternoon. Clean up was exceptionally thorough. I expected to find nails everywhere, I think we've found about 10, and none of them were in tires! The experience wasn't stress free, but the efforts by Ridgeway made it bearable. Again, the stress was navigating the insurance labyrinth. We're extremely satisfied with the results and would absolutely recommend Ridgeway Roofing to any who needs any type of roofing work. We suffered hail damage recently and a lot of non local roofers with no website or reputation were door knocking every day. I did some research and found Ridgeway. Best decision we made. Chris came by the house and recommended different shingles and black fascia instead of white . He worked within our insurance quote and was able to squeeze in the upgraded pro 50 year shingles and black fascia. They got here on time as promised. The crew is super pro and the equipment is top notch. They had a crew of about 10 plus a Foreman on site for the entire job. The owners 17 year old son was on the job learning the business from the ground up. They completed the job in one day. Most all of the guys are veterans, which matters to me bc I am as well. Chris also texted to make sure we were happy and we def are. Don't risk these fly by night guys. Hire local and from a company that keeps you in the loop and actually tries to maximize your dollars.
