Ridgeline did an excellent job with our roof. It looks amazing! They gave us our roof in one day! The cleanup was excellent, you would not have known they were here. They protected the landscape which we appreciated. From sales to service, we highly recommend! We got the Driftwood color in the GAF HDX shingles. Love the color and style!

Excellent communication, patient, proactive, down to earth, and the highest quality results I've ever seen! I am so glad I prepared a cooler of water and Gatorade for the install crew too. They did awesome, and were very kind and considerate of our home. Could not recommend Ridgeline enough! Ridgeline installed the original shingles on our roof in 2019. Unfortunately TAMKO did not produce good shingles at the time, so our roof was growing more and more compromised. Leaks, granular loss, etc. You name it, it happened. I reached out to Ridgeline, and they helped us step by step through our TAMKO warranty claim. They were highly professional and ready for everything. Inspections, retrieving samples, everything. When TAMKO approved our claim, Ridgeline scheduled us for shingle replacement within a couple weeks, synced the material delivery to the day before, and checked in with us beforehand to help prepare for the install crew to come out. The crew arrived early and was very kind and considerate of things we didn't even think about (like decorations, water hoses, and our garden). They jumped to action first thing; from sun up to sun down, they worked hard. I even peeked out the window and saw they were also having a great time. It brings an immeasurable amount of peace to know that they took incredible care of our home. Ridgeline did a thorough inspection the day after to put the final touch on things. If every company was like Ridgeline, it'd make life so much easier!

Needed a new roof. Made a call to Ridgeline. From the first call to the completed roof Ridgeline has been fantastic. Erik the project mgr made sure the items around the house were covered and protected. He stayed with the crew to ensure all aspects of the job were taken care of. I give them a A+. Thank you.

We had a tree crash through our roof, attic, and into our bedroom, causing severe damage to our home. Because the repair and replacement were complex, we spoke with 10 different roofers before finding the right company. From our very first meeting, Gerard was professional, patient, and a great communicator—he took the time to answer all of our questions (and follow-up questions) thoroughly. Since our project was difficult, there were a few hiccups along the way, but Gerard and Erik (the foreman) worked through everything with care and professionalism. The crew that replaced our roof worked quickly, efficiently, and left the property spotless after clean-up. We couldn’t be happier with the finished result and highly recommend Ridgeline!
