Josh has been an absolute powerhouse his entire time with Ridgeline, embodying each of Ridgeline's Core Values. Even while shorthanded, Josh tirelessly worked through the summer heat, not only maintaining his projects but also ensuring he trained new employees to display the same traits he does daily. He is a phenomenal self-starter who consistently anticipates and resolves potential problems. Customers love Josh! He ensures they always leave a project, whether after punch-out or inspection, with total confidence and peace of mind.
