Every aspect of this organization is top-notch! Dr. DeRenzi could not have been more attentive or have shown more concern. Her advice was clear, well-reasoned, empathetic, and based on an obviously deep well of experience and expertise. Both professionally and personally, she was a pleasure to work with. She and the surgical support staff worked seamlessly together, liked a well-oiled machine. The front desk was very accomodating, from initial scheduling to insurance estimation, to instantly recognizing me when I entered the lobby (so that I was fully checked in by the time I reached the desk) from the very first visit on. And everyone I encountered was very cheerful--they seemed to thoroughly enjoy their work, which is a credit to management. I would highly recommend Ridge Oral Surgery and Dr. DeRenzi to anyone needing first-rate care.

Dr. M and his team were absolutely top-notch from start to finish. From my very first call—where Leslie spent nearly 20 minutes patiently answering all my questions—to the comfortable waiting room and finally the tooth extraction and implant, everything was exceptional. Dr. M took the time to address every concern with professionalism, humor, and clear expertise. I was a bit nervous about the procedure, but he and his staff quickly put me at ease. The entire process went seamlessly, and my recovery was smooth and fast. I also really appreciated how transparent they were about costs. The staff went above and beyond to work with my insurance and provide accurate billing information upfront, which meant a lot to me. Dr. Mehrotra and his entire staff are amazing. From the initial consultation to the surgery they were all professional, knowledgeable and super nice. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at once and the surgery was quick and easy. They were all very thorough from beginning to end. I highly recommend!!

I had a great experience at Ridge Oral Surgery. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made me feel comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. The office is very clean and professional, and I felt like I was in great hands from start to finish.

I'm not sure that anyone really looks forward to dental surgery, but I told Dr. Mehrotra during my follow-up appointment that if I was to need another extraction or implant that I would be returning to his office. His office staff is friendly and communicative, and he's got his practice running like a well-oiled machine. From check in, to gathering information, to consultation - all done very professionally and with understanding towards the nervous patient. He even had well-produced informational videos about the procedure that anticipates questions and lays out expectations for the recovery process. That is backed up with a personal consultation that is not rushed and as cordial as a conversation about surgery can be. He obviously enjoys his practice and is skilled in its execution. The office is very convenient to 287, has plenty of parking, and is bright and comfortable.

Dr. Singh was amazing. His pleasant, warm personality made me comfortable while having my tooth extracted. He was informative , confident, and pleasant making me feel at ease. His staff was absolutely wonderful as well. The girls were competent and answered any questions I had about appointments and insurance. Overall, I had a very positive experience. Kudos to Dr. Singh and his staff.

I was really anxious about getting all four wisdom teeth removed and had been putting it off for years until it finally became an issue. Dr. Mehrotra and the Ridge Oral Surgery team made the entire experience so much easier than I expected. Dr. Mehrotra explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and both the procedure and recovery went incredibly smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients — nothing ever felt rushed or impersonal. I highly recommend Ridge Oral Surgery if you’re nervous about oral surgery like I was, or if you just want a surgeon who truly takes the time and care to do things right.

After experiencing extreme upper jaw pain from a broken tooth that sent me to the hospital, I was given a referral to this office. Not only did I get an appointment, but they got me in for that same afternoon. If they hadn’t gotten me in so quickly the infection could have gotten worse and I could have ended up back in the hospital with a hefty bill. Now on to the staff, everyone here is so nice. Literally every single staff member I encountered was so friendly and absolutely put me at ease. I am terrified of the dentist due to some early trauma and it keeps me from seeking proper care as I should. Dr. Derenzi was absolutely AMAZING. She was so understanding when it came to my anxiety about dental work, explained everything she would be doing, she even called me the next day to check in on me! I would recommend her and this office to everyone I know pong forward. Thank you so much!

Dr. Mehrotra is an outstanding dentist, particularly in emergency situations. During a panicked search for help while pregnant and in severe pain, he was the only dentist who called me back and immediately saw me that morning. The compassionate care from him and all his staff was remarkable, and they ensured my entire procedure was painless. His commitment to his patients was further proven a year later when my toddler had a dental emergency; yet again, Dr. Mehrotra was the sole doctor to return our call, offering immediate, helpful advice. His responsiveness and experience are unparalleled!
